Phone Depot

This dealer or store is a total waste of time. I found one of their ads on Craiglist. First, they ask to text instead calling. You have to spend hours texting back and fourth. I was looking for an iphone for virgin mobile and they tried to sell me a Sprint Iphone. They told me it could be activated with Virgin mobile. I asked them for the ESN number and they refused to provide it. I called Virgin Mobile customer service and they told me they don’t active sprint iphones because they sell their own iphones. In other words, this dealer tried to scam me and sell me something they knew would not work with my phone provider. Dishonest people. Do not trust them. Glad I didn’t buy that iphone from them.

I don’t know about the other reviews, but I had a five-​star experience. My phone was shattered and I frantically called him the night before to fix my phone at about 8 o’clock at night probably after he was done eating dinner, dude on the phone was totally nice to me and even opened up The store early for me so I can get my phone fixed so I can get to work on time. When I showed up the dude working behind the counter open the door right away for me and let me in, and I left after giving in the phone to go to the bank to get some money, by the time I got back the phone was done, and I was on my way to work. My phone never breaks again I will be back here

Horrible experience. Was recommended these guys by a reputable phone repair shop so I went in trusting these guys were legit. I called them to see if they had an IPhone 6 64gig that would work on ATT network to purchase for my girlfriend for her birthday. Jesse, the owner, assured me he did and would hold it for me to come down and get it.
At point of purchase Jesse again reassured me it would work on ATT. He also informed me he had a 30 day guarantee policy.
My girl tried to activate it and got the message «SIM Not Valid», i.e. the phone was not set up to work on ATT network. She went back to Phone Depot and the guy working that day confirmed that it didn’t work on ATT, so my girlfriend tried to return it. The guy informed her they would definitely take it back and, «make things right» but I needed to return it since I purchased it.
Later that evening Jesse texted my girlfriend and told her that he would not take the phone back. I went in the next day with the phone to discuss this in person. Jesse was not there so the guy working put me on the phone with him and Jesse, argumentatively began telling me he wouldn’t take the phone back because the new iPhone was just coming out… I returned the phone because I bought it with the promise it would work on ATT and it didn’t work on ATT, no other reason. Jesse rudely informed me he has a no return policy, even though this was never informed to me at point of purchase nor is there a single sign in their store stating this. I returned the phone and they did not refund my credit card.
Be forewarned; false advertising and atrocious customer service.

On Broadway between a couple shops and basically next to a postal office. This puny clean hidden shop.
I cracked my iPhone 5s screen. I found this shop through craigslist. Called and quoted $ 105 and be done within half to an hour.
1 hour later not done? Nothing wrong I come back 30 mins nope. 3 hours later i pick up my phone and I was shocked! Beautifully done. The owner suggested I purchase his $ 20 screen protector.
The final reason for 2 stars is he reviewed his own shop on my Unilocal account. I also found out a Unilocal deal $ 85 for $ 105. He apologized for reviewing on my Unilocal and he provided the screen protector free. (I found out the review after I left the shop and never went back for the screen protector)
