I use precious accents for all my gift needs. I have been a their loyal costumer for many years and not once have i had an issue. I never really understood the bad reviews this company gets. I speck for myself and the many people i have referred to precious accents. Thank you for never letting us down!

I’ve shopped for Pandora products here for many years. They have excellent stock and customer service! I buy most of my gifts from here for birthdays. Never had any issues with deliveries. Great gift selections! Everyone has loved my Pandora gifts.

I wish I read the previous reviews before I placed my online order for a Pandora Ring. Ordered it on 2/​4, which was immediately charged to my credit card and I put on the advertising email list. The order did not come by Valentines Day (it was a gift) and still has not come (2⁄16). I called customer service and the woman said it’s the post office fault and I should try following up with them as the company’s responsibility ended when it was shipped. Unbelievable! I told her it was the first and last time I would be purchasing from this company. What a shameful and terrible way to do business!

BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a charm for my elderly mother for Christmas. They ran my credit card and sent me a receipt. Then a week later (3 days before Christmas) they sent me an email to let me know that my item was out of stock. The woman on the phone was very rude and did not apologize when i cancelled the order. I will never do business with this company again!

Be careful when you order from this company. I ordered a charm and they double shipped me (2 different shipments). When the second charm arrived, I called the company. They said I had to return the charm immediately or they would bill me AGAIN. They kept me on the phone for over 10 minutes why they discussed what to do with the situation. That’s what I get for trying to help them out. NEVER AGAIN!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
