Flat out AWESOME! My first time here, and no where near my last. Funny story, when I was preparing to order some guy came in and said to the staff«that was by far the best sandwich I have had in Denver». I laughed and said to the staff«how much you pay that guy to say that». About 20minutes later I new exactly what he was talking about. Taste, freshness, size all 5 star!

My new sub shop! Best Sandwich sub in Colorado! YUMMY. The bread is fresh and soft. The bacon is real. I can’t wait to come back here so my family can try!

I buy my lunch here about once a week for a few reasons: the sandwiches are good, the prices are super reasonable, I can order it online and pick it up 10 minutes later, and they give out poker chips you can use for freebies(which is kind of fun). But really, the thing that sticks out about this place the most is the way they treat customers. It’s not just your average«friendly and quick service» you hope to find. I’ve experienced and seen them give that«little extra» that makes a big difference on so many occasions. Today is a perfect example. Today has been a crazy busy day for me and my to-do list seems totally unmanageable. I realized I hadn’t eaten lunch yet, so I ordered a sammy online from SubCenter so I would have enough energy to stay a few hours late and get stuff done. I was in such a rush that I forgot to finish filling out my online order form. I essentially ordered a sandwich with just bread, meat and cheese(ew, boring) and didn’t even realize it. When I went to pick up my sandwich I was asked if I meant to order it without vegetables, or if I was just in a hurry. They waited until I got there to finish wrapping my sandwich in case I did in fact want to add some vegetables and condiments. I know this gesture may seem small or insignificant to a lot of people, but for me it totally made my day. Why? Because I would have been so disappointed if I unwrapped my food and realized I had ordered it wrong. Today of all days, that really would have just sucked. That small gesture saved me from eating peanut butter with a spoon for dinner. It’s little things like this that make a business a favorite in my book. So thank you Sub Center, you are officially my favorite lunch in all of Englewood! :)

Officially awesome. We go here all the time and it’s always consistently fresh. Basic no frills sandwich shop but crushes the competition. Perfect lunch to go.

i just had a superb 12″ cheese steak sandwich and then had to watch and listen to some crazy ass bitch refuse to have a women make her sandwich and asked the owner, and only the owner make it for her. The hag then said she wanted a different piece of lettuce and to replace the particular tomato slice with a «fresh one». Apparently she felt slighted because another customers sandwich had beaten hers to the register. I was so shocked that I just assumed she was«challenged» or dropped as a child. She was rude, creep & hard on the ears. The cool thing was how polite, kind and professional the owner was while this«person» proceeded to announce that SHE is, in fact, the center of our Universe.

I’m pretty sure everyone who touched my food with their bare hands had not washed their hands first. One guy actually came from the far back with a bottle of bleach trying to tell the chick they needed to wash something first(referring to equipment). Before I knew it the same guy was wrist deep in salad with bare hands. The guy who checked us out clearly had hang nails and was a nail biter… His hands too were all over our food.

Yummy sandwiches. I recommend the double club and french dip. The macaroni and potato salads are very good. They have a large selection of candy and chips. The ordering process is a little different. You fill out a little piece of paper with your order and drop it in a slot. Consistent and way better than subway.

Very disappointed. I’ve eaten here a few times with satisfaction but today when I went they forgot the tomatoes and put one slice of meat on it. I won’t be back.

The Super Italian is my favorite sub. Best part about this place is if you get a large sub it will serve as two meals. Also, another perk is there prices are low for what you get. The only negative I have heard about SubCenter is that the hot sandwiches aren’t that great(I’ve have never had the desire to try them).

What makes this place different from other«sub«shops is that they really will make you a 6 «foot» or longer sub for special occasions or just lunch/dinner for a lot of people. I have been going there for some years plus and it has always been fairly consistent. One sign on the wall says there are millions of ways to make a sandwich and adjacent to that your faced with an entire door sized menu board of different styles. These are color coded with a corresponding slip of paper that you mark your choices like white or wheat, lettuce, tomato, mustard, mayo, etc. You then drop it down the chute at top of the menu board, all delivered within 2 – 5 minutes. No muss or fuss, good bang for the buck.

Not even remotely the best Cheesesteak in town. More bread then meat, and said bread is kinda chewy and takes away from the rest of the sub. They also gave me Raw Onions. On a Cheesesteak?! What the hell is that?! Fry them things up with the meat! The girls that were working were friendly, but this sub is terrible. I won’t be redeeming this chip anytime soon.

I’ve been going here since high school and no other sub place compares! They have a great variety and always fresh and good. I wish they were closer to me because I’d be eating here weekly for sure. If you haven’t tried this out you should! The people are always friendly and take care of you too. I’m having this for dinner tonight yummy!

I’ve gone here twice. I’ve gotten a Cheesesteak and another time an Italian sub. They’re super nice, and fast. I just don’t like the product. Especially the bread. I really wish I did… that’s why I tried a second time, but it’s average at best.

This place is hands down the best sub place in the area. I grab a sandwich from Sub Center at least three times a week usually whether it be for lunch or dinner. The menu has a bunch of great sandwich combos and all of the meat is great quality and fresh. Prices are more than reasonable annnd they have a great candy selection! I’m glad i FINALLY wrote this because it is totally worth spreading the word of HOWAWESOMESUBCENTERIS!

Lots of sandwich shops in the neighborhood, but SubCenter is the go-to. Whether you want to eat on the cheap or splurge and go big, you’ll always get a great sandwich.

My girlfriend and I eat here often — and it is delicious. By far the best sandwich shop I have found — not sure why people are saying the employees are surly, as I have never had any experience like that. My girlfriend always gets an italian — double meat — with italian dressing — always. I always get a french dip — I am not sure where they get the meat for this or if they cook it themselves, but the beef has awesome seasoning, perfectly savory and always delicious. I did try the meatball once and it was good, but I had to go back the next day to get a french dip because I was still craving it. Highly highly recommend.

Great find. An amazing variety of sandwiches and really good prices. Try the meatball sandwich with provolone. Yummy. Great for take out and catering.

I like sub center. It’s semi in ‘my hood’. The ordering system is easy(for me), although I forget to put the slip of paper down that damn slide! I think they have quality meats and cheeses. Their bread is also very tasty and fresh. Oh, FYI, there is no dining in, pick up only.(Which doesn’t affect my rating, because I usually take it to go anyways) The reason for 3 stars is that the choices of veggies is kind of limited in my opinion, nothing to give my sandwich that extra kick into 4 stardom…

Wow… another great sandwich/sub shop within a mile of where I live… I can’t even believe it. A friend had requested that I stop here and pick up a couple of subs on the way to her place. I knew exactly where Sub Center was located, and was wondering why I have yet to try it. I guess the answer is that there’s Jimmy John’s and Cheesesteak Connection within a block of my house and it’s hard to venture away from these spots. Anyway… on to the review. This place is great. First off, it’s a local business. I always try and support local businesses. The menu is wicked huge, with tons of variety: meat, veggie, hot, cold, sizes, prices, candy, chips, salads, sodas… you name it. The menu is a little confusing when you get there and it’s a bit misleading… but after I figured it out, it totally made sense and is very cleaver! I went with the 12″ turkey and ham with american cheese and all the fixins on wheat. All of the ingredients were fresh and covered the sandwich. The sandwich was the size of a kitten! I turned it into three meals. Lunch, dinner and the last bit as a late night drunken snack! For 10 bucks you can’t go wrong. I have a couple more sub places to try in the area, but I will be back, sooner than later.

Sub Center is AWESOME! The ingredients are tops. The ordering process is clear and simple and the poker chip promo is fun — even though I never cash those dudes in for anything. The kids who work there can be surly at times but, hey — it’s a sandwich shop for crying out loud. As long as they can slap the right amount of good stuff onto a slice of bread what do I care? Besides, the owners — who are 100% hands-on, are genuinely concerned about the quality of the sandwiches and about customer satisfaction. Even if you don’t live in Englewood you should bring home Sub Center! The perfect sandwich.
