The Natural Way

I had no problem getting an estimate — very prompt — but scheduling the work was another story. They are booked this time of year 8 weeks out. I found a smaller business that came within 2 weeks and their bid was half the cost. I have no doubt The Natural Way would do great work, but with the HOA breathing down my neck I needed someone who could come fast. Happy that business is booming, but The Natural Way did not fit my needs.

Well, I called them twice to get an estimate for trimming a large tree in our yard, and there was never any response. I suppose, in their defense, you can safely say that MANY tree companies do business this way – out of five companies I called, only one got back to me!
I wish I had so much business during my «slow time» that I could afford to let a good lead (insurance check) slip away due to bad customer service. Check out Alpine Tree and Shrub care – they call right back, show up when they say they will, are priced VERY fairly, and are a pleasure to deal with.

We’ve used them twice, to trim a huge silver maple and a box elder and then to remove a black walnut that was very close to our house. The estimator was knowledgeable and professional and so was the crew – they did a fantastic job, very careful and the trees look great. A neighbor’s used them for years and swears by them.
They returned my phone calls promptly, they came when they said they would, their prices were fair, the work was excellent – unlike some tree companies who can’t seem to get their act together. I don’t understand why so many of their best reviews are filtered, I seriously doubt they’re fake. Maybe it just looks fishy to have so many people so happy with your service. As long as their prices don’t go through the roof, we’ll happily keep using them.

I have used The Natural Way several times and each time I am very happy of the work they performed. The last snow storm had broken several limbs on my 40 year old elm tree (one of which was using the power lines as a resting spot) the estimator came out on Friday and Saturday morning they were out removing the broken limbs. I think that is very impressive I would highly recommend The Natural Way, their estimators, arborists and they guys that climb the trees and do all the work were very professional and fast. If you need any work done on your trees no matter what size call them.

This was a weird experience…
I called several places to get quotes for trimming our trees and bushes. The Natural Way called me a couple days later and said that someone would be at my house the next day and leave a quote on the door. Okay…
Ultimately all 3 we called ended up doing this, so I guess that’s standard.
They ended up being the cheapest quote so I called them and pulled the trigger on it, so they said someone would call and let me know when we were «on the schedule». They called again a couple weeks later and said they’d be out in a few days and do it. Nobody needed to be home. Okay…
We came home that day and everything was trimmed and there was a bill on the door.
Guess I’ve never had an experience where I owe someone a couple hundred for a job they did (relatively well) and I never saw hide nor hair of anyone.
