Golden Corral

This place satisfies everyone. Keeping in mind it’s a big buffet, this place has a big salad bar, great sides and delectable main dishes. Great bread choices and decent desserts.
I hate to say this, but steer clear of the chocolate waterfall. Parents let their kids dip stuff with no guidance. A kid sneezed in it. Another one let it run halfway up his arm. Gross! My husband told an employee, but it was busy, so nobody shut it off. Two teenagers dripped chocolate all over everything in sight. Disrespectful and unnecessary. Again, nobody does anything about it. We left.

Ok so its Golden Corral. Its a buffet folks. The food is good and was fresh during our visit. Our waitress was on the spot with drink refills and cleaning the table off and it was really busy. Ive had some bad GC but this one is worth the stop.

Golden Corral is simply a cheap buffet that offers cheap food liberally seasoned with bland. It seems that the food has become cheaper and blander in the past couple of years yet the price continues to creep up. The last few times we visited the staff seemed short handed and the floor was filthy. It also seems that the food selection is shrinking, and the chocolate fountain (and now with white and strawberry fountains) seems to have cut down the dessert selection drastically. Pretty much a cheap place to eat cheap food.

I hate to admit that I even ate here because we abandoned this subpar place many years ago, but a grandchild insisted (cotton candy & chocolate fountain commercials). It’s worse than ever. The food isn’t very good, the salad bar was horrible, and there was a rotting food stench over close to the salad bar. I went on a diet today while the kids enjoyed their chocolate dipped cotton candy. We did have a good waitress who was pleasant and chatty. Even grandkids won’t convince me to go back in the future.

Oh… dear…no.

And what the hell… a chocolate fountain. Congratulations Golden Corral, you just made the most disgusting place, the worst disgusting place.

General selection of different food. I came here since I was looking for something from too many ethnic foods but was disappointed on the quality. Meat was bland and overcooked. The Awesome Pot roast was probably the most savory dish they had and the cheesy biscuits were ok but very very cheesy (I come from WI and like cheese, but this was a little over the top). Salad bar had a good selection but the lettuce and ham looked slimy so I had the spinach instead. The «hot» water for the tea was stark cold. I would recommend that others would eat elsewhere since the food was not very tasty for the price nor the service that remarkable. Tables and floor area was clean and the pies looked good but did not try them.
