Absolutely the worst. I’ve tried to return my bed and the owner argued with me about they could help with the return. He said they didn’t keep records of their sells. So he couldn’t help me. Would not trust as far as I could throw him. There’s $ 1700 down the drain.

I was in here last week to help my aunt pick out a mattress. The sales person was okay but the lady that owns the place really ticked me off just a bit. She said we had to buy the mattress pad to get the 10yr warranty. I explained that I was in the business and knew the manufacturer offered the warranty as long as the mattress wasn’t stained and that I preferred the pads by Protect-A-Bed…so she then went on to say that she offered a 12 month sleep trial if we bought the pad so I gave in on the pad buying decision(my aunt was ready to leave and drive 2 hours to OKC). The sales person gave us free delivery and the lady owner acted like he had given away the bank even though I didn’t grind him on the price at all. When we filled out the paperwork, the 12 month sleep trial wasn’t listed anywhere on the paperwork. Sure hope my aunt likes the mattress because I have a bad feeling that it might be difficult to get the sleep trial that the lady promised.

The couple that manages this store is the best part about it. They are helpful and understanding and eager to please. Additionally they are very sensitive to the needs of military customers, which I truly appreciated. I purchased a queen mattress during their memorial day sale and cannot think of one negative thing to say about it. The selection at their showroom has enough variety to find what you want without being overwhelmed. I thought choosing a mattress would be difficult and was prepared to deal with pushy salespeople, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff was eager to be helpful and share their advice without pressuring me. When it came time to settle the bill, I had no trouble receiving the proper discount. They didn’t try to increase the price with fine print, etc and they gave me a military discount as well. The only extra charge I ended up tacking on was for their mattress cover which is necessary to receive their guarantee(if you decide in the first few months you don’t like the mattress, they will replace it with something else at full cost). I got free delivery, and since I was moving off base into an apartment that was not available to move in yet, they offered to store the mattress set in their warehouse until I was ready for it. I didn’t have any problems when my move got delayed; in fact they were extremely gracious about extending the delivery date by almost a month! All in all, I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.
