Man. What happened? Got an order of beef broccoli and stir fried rice tonight and they were HORRIBLE! How could any one fuck up Chinese food so badly? It was the worst I have ever had. Even the frozen crap is better. Never, EVER again!!!

Third time in a month I’ve been given rice instead of chow Mein. If you go through drive they be sure to check your order. I hate their dry rice and they keep giving it to me.

By far the worst Panda Express I have ever eaten at. Consistently out of food and not because they are busy, but because they didn’t want to cook anything. Out of soy sauce, no chopsticks, no to-go boxes. Standing at the register to get soy sauce two employees walked by made eye contact and kept walking. Horrible.

Wow, how quickly things can change. This place was great when it first opened, but the ~$ 27 i spent yesterday was wasted on food that tasted and looked like it had been sitting around all day. The haha ‘large’ honey walnut shrimp was overpriced at 13.97 for what most would consider a medium size. The orange chicken was burnt brown and chewy, the noodles were dry and undercooked, the rice dry, the mixed veges were cold and yes, dry. The best part??? The fortune cookie — which of course wasn’t made at PE! I wont be stopping here again ;0(

This is hands down the slowest restaurant in town and it definitely shouldn’t be. I waited in the drive-thru at 5:15pm on a Thursday for 35 minutes. There were only about 2 customers inside and 6 cars in the drive-thru, but when I got to the window I saw what was taking so long– every single employee was sitting around talking and laughing instead of doing their jobs. I have been to this location 5 or 6 times now, but they have been slow every time, and have never actually been busy. The owner needs to just fire the entire staff and start over because none of them are fit for this.

I use to love panda when they first came inti business in this town but it seems like the longer they are opened the worse they get. The rice is always so mushy now. It’s like oatmeal to me and he food always makes me sick now.

Please note – this is a review for only this particular location, not the chain as a whole. Overall I’ve always enjoyed Panda Express, but if I could give this particular location negative stars I would do so in a heartbeat!!! Before I moved to Enterprise, I would go to the Panda Express in my old area on a regular basis, maybe once a month or more. I never had a complaint or a negative experience, really. The food was always good and the service was fair. When I first got to Enterprise the local Panda Express had not yet opened, but I was happy when it did! Before yesterday I’d eaten at the Boll Weevil location exactly two times. They were newly opened then and I guess they still cared. I went there yesterday and was so disgusted I could hardly contain my annoyance. For starters, there was only one person working the front line. Not unusual, I suppose, but the young lady behind the counter was letting the two customers in front of me sample each of the entrees(which took forever) and nobody showed up to assist her right away. As I waited, I noticed there was no fried rice left in the bowl. Also not unusual, and it was eventually filled up. After I stood there, waiting, for at least five minutes, another worker came and asked what I’d like. I ordered my usual: the two entrée plate – half orange chicken and half teriyaki chicken – with a half friend rice, half steamed vegetable side. I was told that there was no teriyaki sauce; would I still want the chicken? I said no, and that I would just take a double order of orange chicken. When the rice was brought out, my plate was fixed, and as I moved towards the register the employee asked if I wanted anything else. «Yes, I’d like two egg rolls,» I replied. «Oh, sorry, we’re out,» the employee said. «What about spring rolls?» «We don’t have any of those, either.» She went on to explain to me that the truck wasn’t due to come in until the next day, and that it might be late, and they were out of quite a few things: condiments(except for soy sauce), fortune cookies, chinese spareribs, egg rolls, spring rolls, and the teriyaki sauce for the chicken. And that was just the stuff she listed. I grumbled, quite loudly, that if I’d known they wouldn’t have had half the stuff I wanted, I would have gone somewhere else. I also asked why they couldn’t at least put a sign on the door stating they were out of whatever, so that folks won’t have to go inside, wait five or ten minutes in line, order food, and then as they get to the END of the serving line find out something they wanted wasn’t there. The employee just gave me a blank look and said she would give me a twenty percent discount for the«inconvenience.» Not worth it, IMO. My orange chicken tasted different. Every other time I’ve eaten Panda Express’s orange chicken at this or any location, it wasn’t spicy. Yesterday it was so hot, even for me, that I was uncomfortable while eating it. The inconsistency is almost as annoying as the poor service! I don’t know what it is about Enterprise, but almost every restaurant in the area(and don’t get me started on the customer service INGENERAL around here) is sub-par for some reason or another. Maybe it’s the small town«they don’t know any better» mentality; maybe many folks here were born and raised in the are and honestly don’t have anything else to compare with the horrible customer service around here. But Enterprise is a «military» town with a LOT of transplants, those of us who come here from all over the country(if not the world), and many of us are used to better service, food, and standards than what seems to be the«usual» for Enterprise and the surrounding areas(yes, Dothan, I’m looking at you). One of the many drawbacks of living in a small town, I suppose.

If you like delays, and food outage’s, over cooked spring rolls, burnt rice etc… and over priced fast food, then this place is for you

I’ve come here twice and both times at the drive thru it takes about 30 – 35 minutes to get my order. I know things move slower in the south, but this is completely unacceptable. I will be avoiding this place like the plague if I have to be anywhere within the next 2 hours.

Awesome fried rice! I love the orange chicken. We usually order for pick up online, but when we go throught the drive thru they’re pretty quick and nothing has ever been left out. Easily the best chinese restaurant in Enterprise.

I was so excited when a Panda Express finally opened in Enterprise! I always get the Orange Chicken with either brown or fried rice. My fiancé likes the Chicken Teriyaki with mixed veggies. We always order via the drive-thru. Our first few visits both our meals where perfect but eventually his teriyaki didn’t have the sauce on the chicken but was poured in an extra little container & added to our bag. Then the last 2 visits there was no sauce at all. Not even on the side. I have also noticed that I’m getting a smaller orange chicken portion with my meal. Hopefully these are just isolated incidents & are not going to grow into a trend. I’m definitely not a fan of «over serving» guests in the early stages of a business & then slacking off as people start to frequent your establishment.

Thankfully… there is a place to get good Chinese food in Enterprise! This is a «chain,» but the food is good, fresh, and plentiful.

Panda Express has been open for a little over a month and it is just as busy as it was on opening night. We tried the Teriyaki Chicken, Kung Pao Chicken, and Mushroom Chicken. All of them were very good and I would order any of them again. The service was so-so. It was so busy at 6:30pm that all of the servers were becoming overwhelmed and started getting confused. My favorite part is their Tea Bar. I had the Sparkling Ginger Lemonade that was AMAZING! I could drink this all the time. Next time I’m going to give the Thai Tea a try. Overall, Panda Express was decent for Chinese«Fast Food». Hopefully, the next time we go, they won’t disappoint us.

Placed my order online(iPhone), had the order at the scheduled time. Food was fresh, veges crunchy and meat cooked appropriately. Gotta say the honey walnut shrimp is amazingly tasty! Great customer service! The girl at the Tea ordering(sorry didn’t catch her name) was new, but very knowledgable and sweet! Brittani, the cashier was full of energy and personable! The restaurant was hoppin’ busy, looked like great team work. Even though they oopsied and one of the entrees was incorrect, I’m giving 5 stars bc a phone call to the store, a quick apology from the manager and a free entrée waiting Earns it.

I have eaten here twice now this past week. The food is excellent and consistent which is rare for Enterprise. It is 545, Wednesday, 1÷14÷15 and if a manager of Panda Express reads this you should know who was on what station behind the line. The young lady taking orders and filling rice and chow mein, is rude. That’s the nicest way I can put it. Being a manager of a restaurant customer service is number one key to a successful business. If you have an open kitchen you should NOT be talking to other employees, goofing off, when you have a long line wrapped around to the door. If you cannot hear what the guests has ordered don’t look at them like they are idiots because YOU got the order wrong or couldn’t hear them. You may want to reconsider training your staff on how to speak to the guests. Just a word of advice. Like I said food is delicious, employees have a lot to be desired. That’s the quickest way to lose business.

The food was great! Everything was tasty! The kung Lao chicken is delicious and the Orange chicken is the best! If you have to choose a Chinese restaurant make sure to choose Panda Express! :)

Busy on their first day. Great customer service despite the hectic demand. They gave a military discount and made sure our food was super fresh! Loooong lines though.
