Not at all worth what you pay for it. If I’m gonna pay $ 30 for pizza and bread sticks then I shouldn’t have to clean off my own table and eat pizza off a big round piece of cardboard instead of individual plates. We waited for 15 minutes to order and another 30 to get our pizza. The pizza was so hot I couldn’t even touch it and had to wait even longer to eat it. Then we realized it was barely even cut. Crust was really good, but the pizza was falling apart. The pizza itself tasted pretty good but the service was mediocre

A great little place to eat pizza that not so chemical led up. Nice people with very fresh food. I really like the personal pizzas. Everyone can get what they want and it doesn’t break the bank for a family of 6 to go out for dinner and everyone is happy.

I normally try to avoid chains unless I’m desperately starving(like whenever I eat McDonald’s at the airport). But after leaving Publix at dinner time and deciding that I didn’t feel like cooking dinner, the hubby suggested trying out Red Brick. I figured we had nothing to lose since it couldn’t be worse than other pizza places we’d tried in the area. We went with a Veggie Gourmet Works and a Pizza Bianca. They came out quickly, looked and smelled great. Stacked on top of each other for the 20-minute ride home didn’t do the veggie pizza any good(it was on the bottom and got really soggy from the heat), but they both stilled tasted decent. The pizza here is better than both Hungry Howie’s and Marco’s in terms of quality and better than Mellow Mushroom only in terms of cost. Four stars as long as their $ 10 medium pizza Tuesday special exists, and for their eco-green business practices.

Should have thrown away the pizza and eaten the plastic plate. The place has all the charm of a trailer park.

Wanted to do something different and this place disappointed us all. We waited over 40 minutes for out take out pizza…1 medium rustic and 1 large pepperoni. When we got home(we live less than 2 miles, the pizza was lukewarm and tough. And they messed up the medium pizza. I requested no mushroom and it was covered in mushrooms. For the price, I expected better. Won’t be going back.

I have taken my family here twice. We have enjoyed it both times. It is a good place if you have little ones. The pizza is not gourmet but it is better than your normal big chains.

We were driving from Florida to Ohio so this was our first Red Brick Pizza experience. The pizza was fresh and deliciious; it was not greasy or soggy – just right. I was even more impressed with the staff. They were seriously helpful.

Update to my review: It seems customer service is going downhill. We visited Red Brick Pizza in December 2013 on a Friday night. It was not super busy. We ordered 2 small pizzas, breadsticks, and drinks and had planned to eat in the restaurant. We waited almost 30 minutes before asking what the heck was going on with our order only to find out that they had given our order to someone else and failed to come tell us what had happened. I’m unclear if they even took the initiative to remake our order. It was like it was the first they had heard about it when we asked how much longer our order was going to take to make. Pretty infuriating. I’m all about good customer service even when things go wrong, because they do and I understand that. Being proactive to fix the problem without turning a passive eye is what infuriates me and that’s what the staff at Red Brick did on our last visit. Eventually, we were getting antsy(and starving) and our toddler daughter wasn’t interested in sitting still any longer, so we grabbed our pizzas to go(when they were finally ready) and decided we wouldn’t be returning to this place for awhile. Customer service needs work. Great pizza, but bad service and a lack of problem solving skills among the staff apparently.

This place is a good alternative to other pizza places. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. It has a good family atmosphere. The gluten free pizza is probably the best I’ve had in town. The crust is crunchy and it tastes like a regular pizza.

Went here on a Wednesday night and it was pretty full. The pizza we had was amazing as was the garlic flat bread app. we had. The strawberry gelato was a winner! It was delicious! We also had the chocolate gelato but to me, it was not as good as the strawberry. What I loved most about this restaurant is the tv we had at our table! So awesome! We could change the channel to keep the children entertained or enjoy our our meal while watching our favorite show!

Tried their pizza. They use some kind of really really blah marinara sauce for everything. It’s like someone opened a can of diced tomatoes, drained most of the liquid and then used this as the pizza sauce. I just don’t understand how a pizza place can open, have all kinds of bells and whistles to set their pizza apart from other pizza places, and then use substandard very bland marinara sauce as the base ingredient of their pizza. The sad thing was that the crust on the edge had more flavor and taste than the actual pizza. They also have a machine that mixes all different kinds of soda, I tried vanilla coke and it was pretty good. Also expensive, I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, chicken, green pepper, onion, and mushroom and a large coke and it came to almost $ 20 dollars. PS they have a couple different sauces, but they weren’t something that screamed, «Try Me» so I stuck with the standard sauce. Meh.
