What a great company to work with. I highly recommend supporting this small local business and making your purchases with them. Every employee is super friendly from the moment you walk in the door. Our associate was Gary. He normally does deliveries but was working the floor the Saturday we came in. He helped my husband once before and is very knowledgeable with their products. We were on the fence with being able to afford the safe we wanted. We had a $ 280 gift card to Cabelas so we almost felt forced to buy from them. When we explained our price range and our gift card situation Gary went and talked to the sales associate manager Kael and he gave the approval for them to accept our gift card there. This was not something we asked for or were expecting so we were very impressed with them being willing to work with us make it possible for us to buy from them. Gary’s customer service was above and beyond and made us a lifetime customer. We live an hour from NW Safe and Without hesitation we will return to this store and continue to buy from them.

Got my Safe from them about 4 years ago, I was pleasantly surprised that it was tax free! Fast and free delivery, great prices, I couldn’t find it cheaper online anywhere — I am really glad to be able to by from a local brick and mortar store. I cannot believe how peaceful I feel knowing I have a nice secure place to put things, and to not worry about anything getting stolen or played with by snoopy kids like I used to be!

When I need a safe, or anyone needs a recommendation, there is only place to go and that is NW Safe. This year I invested in my second safe, and my second purchase from NW Safe. The first was in 2009, and it has served me very well. However as with all collections the safe eventually gets full and it’s time to add another. Both times I took advantage of a yearly sale around Black Friday to get a great discount on a safe in stock. I’ve looked around, and no other local safe dealer has come close to the price and selection.
During my first visit to NW Safe back in 2009 I was very new to gun safes and had no idea what separated a safe costing under a grand, and one costing more than $ 5000. Jeff spent over half an hour walking me through all the key features you want in a quality safe and the differences you get for the money. At no time was there any pressure or urgency to make a purchase. I walked away with a really nice safe that fit my budget.
Fast forward to 2015 and my growing collection and safe purchase number two was the exact same experience. I look forward to needing the third safe, but hopefully this time at least ten years from now. I’m confident NW Safe will still be around and ready to help.
With both purchases I opted for the delivery and install. Each time the delivery crew of two guys were extremely professional and did a great job of getting the safe in place and bolted down to the concrete. They make moving a very heavy safe look effortless.

I drove 33 miles to go to NW Safe, passing many other retailers along the way, because I’ve heard such great things and they didn’t let me down. The store is huge and very nice inside and Buster spent quite a bit of time walking me around the store showing me all of the different options and features available and his information helped me decide on a Liberty and I couldn’t be happier with it. It was delivered today by Gary and Jon and I was amazed at how easy they made moving a nearly 1000lb object look! The got it installed, walked me through how to program the lock and get the warranty registered and answered any question I could think of.
If you’re in the market for a safe, you can’t beat the level of service offered by NW Safe. Do yourself a favor and at least give them a visit before you buy. You won’t regret it!

The service was excellent! We enjoyed our visit at the store. They have a very large selection & knowledgeable employees. All our questions were answered. The delivery guys were prompt & very competent. There was an issue with the locking mechanism but the manager personally handled it to our full satisfaction. We would highly recommend them.

Wow! These guys are great. Really knowledgeable folks. Buster was great, took his time, showed me a few different safes in my price range. I decided on a NW Safe Shield and I’m very happy with my decision. Kael was very helpful in helping us find the perfect safe for what we needed. He was honest and friendly and you could tell he was knowledgable on all the products. The delivery guys were nice and professional. Definitely would buy from them again!

If you are going to buy a safe make sure this is your last stop. I have been trying to purchase a safe for my house for a while. I am a believer in «you get what you pay for» and it’s true with safes. NW safe will let you know what you are paying for. They carry very reputable brands and will tell you everything you need to know about safes. All my online research didn’t do justice to the 1 hour I spent here. If I ever buy another safe it will be here. They made a customer for life.

I rate a business on quality of product and customer service as well as timeliness. One of the other reviews mentioned that you will be paying more but getting a better product. While this is true, it should also be mentioned that they are very competitive in pricing. I don’t think anything there was listed at or above MSRP. Seeing as a safe is not taxable in WA, this is a great deal. Also, if you are willing to wait until the next shipment of safes, you can custom order any safe you want (from manufactures they sell) and the shipping is free. Free shipping for a safe that could potentially weigh 6,000 lbs? That is a great deal! While they do charge for installation and delivery, who doesn’t? I would be very weary of somebody transporting a 1,000 steel box through my house that is willing to do it for free. I don’t care what your price range is, just drive out there and take a look. They do NOT have pushy sales tactics or anything sneaky. I was actually talked into what I need and not what I want which ultimately saved me a ton of money. When it comes time to move they will come to your house, palletize it, wrap it up and box it for you. If you are in the Military this is a great option. If you don’t skimp on your valuables, don’t skimp on the safe. Especially with firearms. Get a safe from Northwest Safe Company. Not only are you getting a great safe at a competitive price with unbeatable customer service, it is the responsible thing to do.

These guys are great! Fine product and professional staff; they delivered my safe safely, quickly, and had a great attitude. I would recommend NW Safe to anyone and everyone.
Not only did they plop that heavy bastard right where I wanted it, but they gave me a quick tutorial and a brief rundown on the warranty.

Another great experience here. Very knowledgeable group and I stress when I say everybody was ON POINT. Install was very speedy as well. I think between the time they backed into my driveway and the time they left was less than an hour. I would definitely buy from them again.

NW Safe personnel Jon and Gary delivered our new safe promptly this morning. They were very professional and carefully installed the safe without any damage to our walls, etc. Jon and Gary showed us how the safe operated and were professional. We will feel a lot more secure now that we have our safe.

My overall experience from the get go was great. The initial call just to ask some general questions was very welcoming. What was even more impressive was when I went to the physical location to see some of their stock. If anyone is serious about buying a safe and spending extra for quality, this is your one stop shop. Talk to Kael or David, they both were great in explaining every detail of the safes and what recommendations are suited for one’s individual needs. I just want to reiterate the safes they sell are for serious buyers only. You’ll be paying more, but the quality they sell is second to none.

Professional, trustworthy and fast. Everyone you deal with from the sale to install is friendly courteous and helpful. I purchased a safe from them and had it installed a few years ago. I recently sold that house and had them move the safe to my new place. Just great customer service and attention to detail. I would certainly recommend NW Safe!

I had done allot of online research and stopped by multiple big box retailers to look at various display safes, but as expected the customer service reps had next to no product knowledge nor a reasonable product display. So I decided that the trip out to NW Safe was necessary for me to have confidence that this safe purchase would fit all of my needs. Well, David at NW Safe exceeded my expectations with his extensive product knowledge, large showroom and no pressure sales environment.
I was able to make a decision in 45 minutes of talking with David compared to the month of online research and in-​store visits. Honestly, save yourself the trouble if you are seriously considering a safe go talk to the professional team who sells safe’s for a living and let them know what you want.
Oh, I stopped by toward the end of the business day on a Saturday and not only did they welcome me in, but they also let in another family AFTER they were closed.

These guys are awesome! Excellent selection of any kind of safe you’d ever want, from entry-​level to Fort Knox-​scale, there’s a little bit of everything on the showroom floor.
Very attentive staff, nice folks & good to work with. I walked in knowing pretty much exactly what I wanted & let them know. They were quick to answer any lingering questions I had. I showed up about ½ an hour before closing & they didn’t mind hanging out past closing time to talk to me & finalize the purchase.
When the day came for delivery to my home 2 hours away, they called a few days in advance to make sure I’d still be available, & the morning of, showed up RIGHT on time. They got the safe in the house expeditiously & without a hitch & installed it on the spot.

Our beautiful LibertyLincoln 50 was delivered by a couple of great fellas, Gary and Jon. They shook hands with us (I like that), carefully and professionally put the safe in position after inspecting it. These guys are slick, had it leveled and anchored, gave a thorough run through!! They left no trace… my wife liked that! Our safe is I feel the best on the market and this company (northwest Safe Co.)should be American proud of the service, the employees, and the quality they deliver.
