Terrible, angry, customer service. The owner was rude to all 4 of us within 10 minutes. I would say skip this overpriced unfriendly place.

Wonderful selection. Unique treasures and a friendly and courteous staff. I have NEVER had the experience Sherri R did. If you visit Door County, it’s definitely worth the trip.
Over the years, we have purchased some fabulous gifts for ourselves and our friends. We always make it a point to stop and will continue to do so.

I have not had any problems with the staff and have been going there for the last 4 years.
This is the place to look to find unique and fun gifts for people. Some of the items are more on the expensive side, but the quality and workmanship is great. I have not been disappointed with their selection each year and always enjoy going back to see what new items they have from the artists that year.

We’ve been visiting Door County for over 25 years (first with our own small kids and now with our small grandkids) and never had a problem with the sales staff. I’m not saying that Sherri R’s experience didn’t happen — but its so different from a lengthy history that we’ve had that I have to wonder if it was an isolated event or bad karma.
BTW, I’ve found some spectacular gifts for my wife and our home here … and they been really helpful in getting things shipped home on the QT.

Extremely Rude help.
They seem to take delight in stalking their patrons, pointing out things they can’t touch or do in very loud voices so everyone in the store will know. Don’t bring your children there either.
