I had the carnitas burrito, which caused me to take a return trip a few weeks later. Both times it was packed with flavor, a tad greasy and totally amazing! As a bonus they give you two different sauces to add the right level of spice.

Ephrata, WA

They are parked in the Moore Furniture parking lot and it’s a really nice set up. I’m here visiting from San Diego where food trucks are all the craze right now and this spot was great! Food was fresh, had a home cooked taste to it and the employees were very friendly. I am visiting family in a town almost 20 miles away but will make the drive for their Al Pastor tacos again any day. This place is great and don’t underestimate it because it’s a food truck, it blows these other mexican restaurants out of the water!
