Les recomiendo los tacos de lengua y los de al pastor pero sobre todo nunca habia probado unas pupusas tan deliciosas pruebelas deveras estan muy ricas

Ephrata is a larger small town with a main street in Central Washington. This food truck has a limited menu of meats prepared as tacos and pupusas. I had the chicken and the barbacoa, both tender, subtly spiced as tacos. Their taco style is meat, onions and cilantro. Squeeze bottle green and red sauce. A few tables. Sweet staff. Will try the pupusa, those at the next table over looked very tasty.
This is a brightly painted newer food truck, parked at the corner of SW 4th and the main road.
