Stopped in at the Evergreen Diner today. Ordered The Works Burger with Fries and Applesauce. Everything met my expectations which means I’d go back. They have a fairly extensive menu.

A completely unremarkable diner. The food was decent, but not special. The service was slow, and were repeatedly had to flag our waiter down for any service at all.

Always like coming here. The food is good for diner food as long as you keep in mind you only get what you pay for. Fast service as well. The teriyaki chicken isn’t 5 star, but then again you’re paying $ 7.95 and not $ 25. Thumbs up to Evergreen for being what a diner should be… nothing less, nothing more.

Nice little diner. The food tasted good and was generous portions. The staff was very friendly.

Stopped in this week for breakfast with my fiancée and her parents. I had a couple of breakfast burritos with a chipotle ham sauce — was very good, had a nice, spicy flavor. Everyone else enjoyed their meals & service was great.

This is a very good diner, and as such you should only expect as much. That said, i have always had friendly service and good food. Breakfast is especially good, especially when compared to the crowded cash-only pancake farm down the road.

service is poor. I walked out without being served after 15 minutes. There were only six tables of customers with three waitresses. With service like this, I can’t imagine the food being better.

Meh. Okay, so it wasn’t as terribly as I’d thought. But they didn’t even have veggie burgers, for criminy’s sake. Hello, Evergreen? It’s 2008. Even non-vegheads want a healthful choice. And«choice of vegetable» should include more options than just potatoes prepared four different ways and a few other white foods. Where’s the green — broccoli, spinach, even green beans? I guess the broccoli went into the soup, which was very good, but they definitely need more veggies on the menu. Oh, and eggplant parmigiana can have two textures, but they shouldn’t be chewy and soggy. Nope. Only reason this place didn’t get a single star is because when you compare it to the other businesses in the area, it’s above par. Seriously.
