It was a busy holiday weekend. I was irritated because I went to a Radio Shack location near our house in NJ and purchased a black friday special. Only to realize later the salesperson did not give me the model I asked for! He gave me a regularly priced item which was the same price as the Black Friday special!
Needless to say I was annoyed but I called this location as we were on a road trip. They had one Black Friday special and were very nice and quick to exchange the unit for the one I wanted. There was a good number of customers as it was Black Friday but the wait was no more than 5 minutes anyway.

ALWAYS understaffed. Any time I’ve been there I’ve had to wait for service. Normally I don’t mind, it gives me time to decide what I want. The last time I waited about 20 minutes for the one salesman in the store to finish with the customers he was with when I arrived. Just as he finished, two kids walked in and he immediately began helping them. I said, «excuse me, I was next.» The three of them looked at me like deer in the headlights. I walked out and doubt I’ll go back unless they hire more staff.
