Dunkin’ Donuts

I just placed a large order for 6 coffees and food. Not only were they fast and pleasant but handled the large order well even though there was a large line in drive thru and behind me inside the store.

Absolutely the most horrible service…
We have stopped here every sunday morning for months … Service was friendly and although this store is an incredibly busy place, the young people who worked there had been hard-​working, efficient, friendly and attentive to the steady stream of both drive thru and in store customers
The past month, however, has been a different story. Rude, distracted, too busy joking and flirting to provide anything more then the bare minimum of «service» and none too politely. Today was the last straw — after receiving my food and drinks and having to request a drink tray, my iced coffee spilled — all over me, the counter, and the floor.
Not one staff member even stopped to see if I was ok let alone offer assistance.
I was covered in iced coffee
Another customer leapt to my aid with napkins and he and I cleaned the floor and counter ourselves (not one staff person showed any interest or concern)
I am done with this store
We will drive out of way to purchase DD elsewhere AND will share our experience here on every forum we can find

Dunks is dunks is dunks. I stopped here, several times actually and I had no bad experiences. The staff was friendly and my order was correct and the coffee was much needed! Hard to get this one wrong!

Terrible! We ordered an ice tea, a ice coffee, and a coolatta. Well dunks you got ⁰⁄₃ of these drinks correct! Great job!
Ice tea tasted gross and had no lemons
I’ve coffee was also made incorrect and was burnt/​old and the coolatta you can’t really mess up but you forgot whipped cream.
Honestly, how hard is it to make coffee the way a customer orders it?
