This location has it’s good days and bad days. Very slow to get a drink unless you go through the drive-thru. Some baristas are extremely pleasant to deal with. However, I’m appalled by some of their behavior. Today I ordered an iced green tea latte and when I received it, all it was was milk and powder. I understand that it comes in powdered form, but when a drink is $ 5.69, they can’t even stir it?! I did what I could, but the whole bottom was caked in powder and the whole drink was powdery. Not impressed at all.

I don’t usually choose Starbucks but today we did and I was so happy about our decision! I had heard amazing things about the chestnut praline latte and was bummed when they said they no longer had it as it’s seasonal. However the women have lots of great other suggestions which was very helpful and she was super friendly. My boyfriend and I needed to choose something else and decided to split something– without asking they put it in two cups for us which I was delighted about! Overall just a great experience — awesome service and a delicious coffee! Will be back soon! Thanks! — also, the line looked long at the drive through but went super quickly! They’re speedy!

Ordered hot choc/no whipped cream at drive-thru. First sip was all foam and second and third as well. Went back, parked., went inside and asked for a replacement. We t to get in my car and took a sip, again all foam… Will never go back there! Never had an all foam hot chocolate before they are usually really good. At $ 3.54 for a medium i will go to Cumbies, get out if my car and go in and get one for $ 1.08!!!

I love Starbucks. But I’ve had three bad experiences here at the Epping location. Been coming here for about two months. Twice my order was wrong and I just spent 15 minuets timed in the drive thru… Pretty much done with this location. Drive thru guy is pleasant though which helps the frustration.

I find the drinks in this location be be VERY inconsistent from visit to visit. The seating area is very nice but the employees rarely clean up the tables and seats during the course of the day. On the weekends I find that I need to request someone clean up a sticky, dirty table or food on the seats, etc. The merchandise in this store is very decent and being that you are in NH as long as it is not a food item it is tax free which is always a plus. The drive thru is not meant for large vehicles as it is a tight turn but the parking lot is tough so it is a catch 22. Of the Starbucks locations in the area this is my favorite if they get a drink correct but they are very stingy with the«loyalty card» when they make a mistake or the lines are moving slower than they should be. This location is now part of the«Order Before» program and I have not tried it out yet but it seems like a very good concept. Have to try it to give it a fair review.

The Epping Starbucks is a good place to stop for coffee drinks, tea, bakery items, salads, and sandwiches. This store with drive thru has ample seating and a good crew here. I stop at this Starbucks quite often on my drives between the Seacoast and Manchester since it’s conveniently located off of NH101 Exit 7. Here, I usually get a Dark Roast Coffee most of the time and sometimes a Java Chip Frappuccino on those hot days. The place is usually not mobbed when I stop in and I can get my drink quickly. I give this location 3.5 stars and rounding up for the convenience factor of being located close to the highway. Parking in front of the shop can sometimes be limited and there is additional parking in the adjacent strip plaza and behind that building along Main St.

Unfortunately, this is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to. Almost every time my order has been either wrong or forgotten. Yes, forgotten… like after waiting for 15 minutes and finally having to say something, just to find out no one knew to make it. I have many stories of getting the wrong thing. I have gotten a small caramel frappé after ordering a medium coffee frappé(really not even close) and a black tea when ordering a green tea, plus more. I only come here when I really need my coffee. Other than that, I’ll pass.
