I Love Wendy’s. This location is NEVER crowded or even really has a line at the drive thru, they have everything a normal Wendy’s does, but much quicker, and the employees are much more friendly. Minus one star only because the prices are much higher than most of the Massachusetts locations.

Terrible experience. Instead if going through the Drive-thru after a long day at the race track, I decided to go in thinking the line would be shorter. The line inside wasn’t bad but the service was awful. The girl at the register was moving very slowly and for some reason couldn’t remember anything anyone was ordering. I’ve stood in a line of 20 people in a Boston Wendy’s and made it through faster and with more accuracy than this place. I know this isn’t Boston but she should have been able to handle a line of 12 people with out a problem. The drive-thru girl kept coming over a apologizing for the wait, there shouldn’t have been a «wait»!!! With the cars outside there was a total of 16 people ordering food, Wendy’s has standards built into their training and tonight’s staff totally failed! I finally got my food after bring asked no less than four times if I wanted it to go and ate it the car. I came back after I ate to use the bathroom. I walked by the counter which was still covered in receipts from the«rush» with no staff to be found. Low and behold they are all out the back door smoking and chatting. This place obviously needs more employees who actually care if they have a job or not. Food was ok.

Plymouth State University Commuter Food Week #3: Wendy’s I knew this day would come! My boss had me working on a project, so by the time I headed out the door, I knew I’d be in a goddamned hurry. Time to pull over for one of the speedy food establishments along my way to school. I had five bucks in my wallet and I had remembered to bring my own bottle of water, so I didn’t have to pay for a drink. I HATE soda of any kind,(unless it’s Mountain Dew that sometimes finds its way into my Sangria), so the drink choices would have been extremely limited for me anyway. I was the only car in the Drive-Thru when I pulled up at 5:00 sharp. As usual, the voice immediately asked me if she could take my order. I have no frigging clue! Tell me something… why do people get their first glimpse of a menu right when they get to the intercom thing? Is Wendy’s Corporate office hoping I’ll order that $ 7.99 Pretzel Burger when I see it? Do they want me to feel guilty about retracting my order when I realize I could buy a pound of grass-fed beef and a high-quality gluten-free roll to make the thing myself for less? I wasn’t buying their attempt to lure me into using a credit card. I asked the voice to give me a minute while I perused the menu of offerings, which were fairly foreign to me. I only eat at Wendy’s about once in every 10 years. I opted for the cheap eats from the cheapo menu. After dropping only half the money from my wallet, I sped onto I-93 with a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger and ‘value fries’. I honestly believe that the cheeseburger was every bit as filling and delicious as that Pretzel Burger would have been, at a fraction of the cost. The fries, however, were limp, cool, and greasy. As I locked on the cruise control for my journey north, it surprised me that the fries were so bad. I would have thought that Wendy’s would have made every attempt to lure and retain a customer, no matter how much I spent. For a few bucks, I got what I paid for, but if those fries were better, I may have become a Wendy’s customer who visited more than once per decade. The Drive-Thru girls were very sweet, though!

This Wendy’s restaurant is actually in Epsom(not Chichester), located just west of the Epsom Traffic Circle on US4/US 202/NH 9 heading up the hill towards Concord. I prefer stopping at the Epsom Wendy’s(over the Concord location-long line/wait) for a quick lunch break on the way back to the office from the field. I order off the value menu and I can get a large Chili(with crackers & hot sauce packets), sour cream & chive potato, side salad, medium Frosty, crispy chicken Caesar wrap and an ice water and be back on the road in 15 – 20 minutes. However, I will not order an Iced Coffee from Wendy’s again since it was way too sweet on my last visit.
