Don’t go here often but when I do it’s a good time. They don’t offer a HUGE variety of food but they have the great salad bar with lots of food to offer. Ruby Tuesday’s is best during lunch time and if you dine at night, definitely go to the bar. Plus they have friendly service offered 24⁄7(when they’re open)

Bad service. The food is ok. But it takes forever to get to the table and the waiters hardly ever check up on you.

I dine at the Ruby Tuesday in Concord quite often, usually for dinner after work. Ever since the Manchester and Salem Ruby Tuesday locations closed, I will dine at this location or at the Nashua Ruby Tuesday. I have never had a bad dining experience at this location. The food here is pretty good and I always get the Garden Bar as one of my side choices. I will usually order the New Orleans Seafood or the Ruby Minis. The Garden Bar is usually stocked with fresh vegetables, garnishes, cold salads, and dressings and the server will always ask if I found everything I needed(the last visit there were no wedge tomatoes, but the server brought me several tomato slices used in the sandwiches). The service here is good and sometimes the server will bring out fresh baked biscuits(when available) with my dinner order. Some of my coworkers also like stopping here too, but they like to hang out in the bar area for the happy hour drink specials. A while ago, my coworkers took our boss here for his birthday lunch and everyone enjoyed their food. Look for money saving coupons in the Concord Monitor or in Val Pak.

Horrible food paired with horrible service-stay away! I would have been better off going next door to Taco Bell, and I don’t eat there so that’s pretty bad. We will never return to any Ruby Tuesday thanks to this very bad service with the worst fries we have ever had and chicken fingers were barely edible. It was so bad I felt compelled to warn others.

My girlfriend and I came in at 2:30pm on a Saturday. We were seated at a booth by the bar and our hostess informed us our waitress would be Sam(female). We noticed the bar tender glancing over at us from about six feet away. She was busy talking to these greasy«Jersey Shore» look a likes. After 20 minutes of waiting I kindly asked the hostess to send Sam to our table so we could order drinks. After about 5 minutes Sam finally came to our table. Sam turned out to be the bartender that was blatantly ignoring us. After we finished our beers we asked for our tab. We left a $ 2 dollar tip for her but that was definitely being generous. Please consider letting Sam go seeing as she would rather flirt with guys than do her job.

I ordered a grilled turkey fillet which really was 4 slices of turkey lunch meat and it was cold. Not what was written on the menu at all. Took 40 minutes to get in and the place was not busy.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I should mention that we have only made it for the lunch service though. Great and friendly servers, gluten friendly, and relatively speedy. Anytime we have ever had an issue it was quickly and thoroughly addressed. Wonderful place.

Poor, slow service. Seriously, way worse than BWW. My beer order never came. Extra napkins? I like the salad bar, but, it isn’t worth the rest of the shortcomings. Okay, so at the end of the meal the manager came over, and I told him what I wrote above. To his credit, he adjusted my bill, so we will go back.

Great food. Great prices. Great service. Rubys of concord is a great alternative to the boring applebees and tgi Fridays. It’s fun to go there to eat. You don’t feel like your at a boring restaurant.

This location seems to have cleaned up their act in terms of the hair in the salad bar. New menu items have us coming back again. Sad that the Manchester location closed, though.

I love Ruby Tuesdays and have been to several in different states. However, the hamburgers at this one had way too much pepper on them. If you ask to leave off the pepper they will.

Salad bar was fully stocked which is the main reason I frequent Ruby Tuesday. Waitress was very pleasant and always around when needed. Will return soon.

The concord location is very inviting and clean. As you walk through the front door you are greeted by a friendly host who guides you to your table. While taking you to your table they talk and try getting to know you which is nice. They introduce your server and themselves if you need anything. The servers are extremely friendly and helpful if you need something, its nice when they anticipate when you need something and you don’t have to try and look for them. The salad bar is always full with a lot of options and very fresh products. Our steaks have always been cooked to order and hot, tender, juicy. The manager is always seen visiting tables and checking on the staff. The pumpkin cheesecake taste just like pumpkin pie just amazing.

We used to go here a lot, but it’s gone so down hill so fast! The last two times we have gone the wait staff were horrible. The time prior the staff insisted on cleaning the disgusting dining room floor while we were trying to eat dinner. They pulled tables out and swept the old gross food into piles right next to our table. It was so inappropriate! This time there were very few people and the staff we so slow. It took an extremely long time for my lemonade to come out, it wasn’t garnished or anything. I got the salad bar and was so annoyed by the new mini plates they have. Hello you can’t fit anything on it. Then when I was trying to make my salad there was hair on the tongs for the peas. Gross! The new quesadilla was very small and messy! To quote another person the food is clearly freezer to fryer. Don’t waste your money here. The waitress took forever to bring the check and then took off with the card and was missing for a long time with it. Very sketchy. Try some place local.

Don’t waste your time here. My son’s food came out way ahead of mine and we both had burgers. We tasted each others food and it tasted like they came from two different restaurants. It was unbelievable. His food was hot and mine was luke warm which makes no sense with me waiting. My burger was tasteless, the onion rings… just don’t get them. Nice staff but the food is just not good. Be aware their burgers come with mayo and there is no warning. I should have believed the other reviews but I figured… It’s a chain and sort of busy… How bad could it be. We’ll bad enough that I will not return. I value my fellow Unilocaler comments even more after this experience.

This place only gets the second star because the server was very friendly. Went here with my parents who are impossible to please but have somehow turned to Ruby Tuesdays as a fall back on their cross country travels. I guess this is the advantage that chain restaurants have — you can be mediocre to sub-par and people keep coming back. The food was… gew. Clearly freezer to fryer. The beer was… from taps that probably hadn’t been cleaned recently. Or ever. The server was a very friendly guy. He made some friendly small talk and checked on us regularly. He laughed at my dad’s jokes. He shared his name with my nephew and a child two tables away. My parents found this charming, for some reason. Ruby Tuesday of Concord, you get the extra star for charming my parents. That is all.

Only gave them 1 start because couldn’t find a way to make it half. Went there yesterday, ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, been sick from it since. Food poisoning Big Time. Waitress was«ew» — could not wait to leave the place. *Never again*.

It’s difficult to even know where to begin, when telling of my first experience at Ruby Tuesday’s. My sister and I decided to meet in Concord NH for lunch and a day out with our children. We both live over an hour away from here. When discussing places to eat I allowed her to choose since I didn’t know the area that well. She had previously eaten at Ruby Tuesday and had a good experience. The rest of the story is downhill and VERY disturbing. We went there on Veterans Day November 11th at approx 12:00pm. Understandably they were very busy so we chatted after placing our orders. We decided we’d wait to visit the salad bar so the children could get their meals first. Being hypoglycemic I knew I would need to eat something soon but was trying to be patient, finally after an hour we realized something wasn’t right and looked in vain for our waitress who we thought might had even left for the day and forgot our order altogether. Finally an hour and 15 minutes later she comes out with 1 kid’s meal and another that we believed was a kid’s meal. It had a few pieces of chicken and a wilted piece of lettuce. Believing this had to be a kids meals and not the meal that was ordered we gave this to the 2nd child. An hour and a ½ later only 2 of six meals had arrived at our table. Then my 7 year old who happens to be one of the non-pickiest eaters you could meet says«But Mommy it’s so cold». To the point she couldn’t eat it. After further inspection I realized not only was the pasta she ordered cold as ice, it was hard as a rock and not something I would not even feed to an animal. It’s continues getting even worse as she brings out the kids meal of chicken strips which we realize is the same identical meal as the supposed meal my 15 year old ordered. The only difference is a few cold fries. At this point she the waitress asked us if we’d wait to have her manager speak with us and she’d send him right over. At this point we are here almost 2hrs. ½ hr goes by and there is still no sign of her manager approaching us. In the mean time(again this has been over 2 hrs) she brings one of the slider meals to our table. This had previously been discussed in length that they MUST be the vegetarian version since I had not eaten meat in 20 yrs. The plate is faced towards me showing one vegetarian slider while I assume they are the same(especially since this was discussed) I start eating the slider that was facing the other way and after a few bites realize this is actually meat. Since I eat wide variety of soy products the taste didn’t strike me as odd immediately. This was the final straw and beyond negligent. I knew I would be very sick and sure enough was violently sick within a half hour of eating this. As we told our waitress we had enough and we were leaving, I was approached by a young man that literally jumped into my face. I literally had to place my arm and hand in between us to indicate he went above and beyond invading any type of personal space and it quite frankly very creepy. After taking a step back he offered his apologies but carelessly giving a vegetarian meat is like giving someone peanuts that explains they are allergic to them well in advance. I have NEVER had such a horrendous experience at any restaurant in my entire life. I have had not so great experiences but nothing that kept getting worse by the moment like this had. Quite frankly after 2+ hrs we were beyond patient and after contributing to making me violently ill we left with an «I’m sorry» and he agreed to take care of our bill. Since we actually didn’t get a meal I don’t see that there was a bill anyway. What little food we did get was hard, cold, and inedible and of course so wrong it made me sick.
