PetSmart

I’ll begin by saying I normally do NOT award more than three stars to box stores. Box stores are usually… well… box stores. Crappy service, fully stocked aisles and a corporate and sterile ambiance throughout.
This is a notably different store. For starters, thanks to them our beautiful 17 year-​old cat is alive. She needs prescription food and this Petsmart has been assiduous in keeping it stocked or in the sole occasion that we called and they didn’t have it, they got it with only a minimum notice.
The store’s employees are quite friendly and able to converse about pet food and their manufactures, sources, and ingredients. Case in point, with all the hoopla, recalls and danger notices about pet food and toys imported from or with ingredients imported from China, I absolutely won’t buy any food or toy made in China. And the employees are good about assisting me in filtering food and toys.
Of course, a Banfield Hospital and veterinary are available inside the premises as it is customary for Petsmart locations.
