Poor customer service. Walked in with a package to return a hot spot. All they could say is… we can’t. Several times, no we don’t have packing, but all you have to do is… excuse me, not only did customer support say ANY store could ship it back, the label I brought in says so too! No invoice needed, no, I didn’t have to buy it here. POORCUSTOMERSERVICE.

I stop in this location plenty of times. You’ll be greeted with smiles and a loud welcome. The list to waited on will not be clear and patience will be tested. I advise anyone waiting to play with phones, lean on a wall or kindly ask for a chair. Service is great. Period Should anyone bash prices. I think we all know dealership prices are the same. Ask yourself, who has the most overhead. My great reward for being with this company is that I had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel. He explained that he has only been with the company a year and a half but loves T-Mobiles business plan. This individual is very loud. At first it’s kind of intrusive but if you interrupt his flow he is glad to explain any fine detail; especially reading the fine print. No one has done this for me in a manner that made me happy to be with this company. I recently came in to reevaluate my bill. Daniel saved me $ 10 each month and was able to trade my phone using the Jump program in getting the Galaxy 5s. I was hesitant as this phone was more expensive then what I was paying for my HTC1. Daniel was able to find me a refurbished white Galaxy 5s; saving me another $ 4 each month on my payment plan. Thank you
