Went to this ATNT Store to get a sim card for my new phone… What a mistake. first I was accousted for my cell phone account number, which was my sons, and my Id, I was just looking to open up a new account. I actually had to walk back to my vehicle to get my drivers license before this person Moses would help me. I gave him my son’s phone/account number because I was told when I called atnt’s 1800 number they would give me a free sim card. and the notes would be in my son’s account. Well before I knew it. Moses. swapped the new sim card onto my sons account/phone. He told me my phone was from Sprint. even though the ATNT phone operator sent me to their store. So guess what!!! now I have no new Atnt Account and my son’s account is f’d up because he swapped out the old sim card and did not give me the new one. wtf. what a joke. the worst customer service ever. Thanks alot Ahole.

All cell phone company’s are scammers you just find the best one you can deal with. I was with Verizon for over 5 years and they weren’t willing to work with me anymore so my girlfriend and I went to AT&T and the two guys helping us get set up were great! Thank you Moises and Erich for all the help.
