All Pro Treadmill Service

Attention everyone! Dan Leon and his company is extremely shady! He promised to come multiple times and never showed up. He never called to reschedule. We called him again and he finally came out. He had us pay for the belt for our treadmill and offered a warranty. We paid for his services and his warranty. Our treadmill belt has shifted over and we called multiple times asking him to come. He scheduled a time to show up and never came. Now he’s ignoring our calls and avoiding to come. DO NOT USE HIS SERVICE!

I just had my 18 year old True treadmill serviced and the belt replaced. I saw the bad review (hope that situation has been worked out?). My experience was different. I had been quoted $ 550 to have my belt replaced and treadmill cleaned and serviced by another True treadmill service company. I was charged $ 392, saving me $ 158. He stayed in touch with me and was dead-​on on time for what we had arranged, which my last guy (very nice man) frequently ran up to two to three hours late for me, so his punctuality was really appreciated. He cleaned up after himself, going so far as to vacuum the 10 years of debris that had built up under the treadmill since the other guy who had serviced it did not. He worked fast, under the amount of time I had given my schedule to accommodate having my treadmill worked on. I gave it a ‘mini-​test run’ (as having it serviced interfered with my normal workout time) and she’s running beautifully at the 15 minutes I gave it on test. Very pleased with this transaction and happy to have found him.

Do not use this service. The man is a crook. Dan Leon took my money to order treadmill parts, told me they were on back order, then stopped returning my calls after 3 months. I am now filing a small claims to try and get my money back.
