Bite Away Termite and Pest Control, Inc

This company did a tenting of our neighbor’s house and when we asked their representative when the tent would be removed, he stated it would be noon on a specific day. We planned to vacate our home during this procedure but when we looked out on the morning of, the tent had been removed. The representative also did not tell us that the vent caps would be removed the day prior and the air was think with toxicity on that day. The tent was very loose during the time it was up and we were told that «pricing» was why this company was chosen. Upon research, companies that charge less, use less of the gassing agent, thus not completely finishing the job as the gas is heavier than air and settles low not covering the attic or crawl space.
If you want termite control, this is NOT the company to choose!

I had another company come out to bid some termite work and what seemed like a small job was going to cost $ 1300. I had used Paul and Bite Away before, so I decided to get a second opinion.
I sent them the first companies report and bid. I had meant to take off the amount of the bid, just to make sure I got a fair price. Well I forgot, so they could have just given me a bid $ 100-​$ 200 under and I would have been happy.
Their price for the same work was only $ 600! Bite-​Away earned my business and referrals that day! The work was done right and quickly. I was very pleased.

Very impressed with the men of Bite-​Away.
Had them out to perform some termite treatment of the attic.
When they set up the equipment, they took pains to assure the noise wouldn’t disturb my little dog. And they made sure to set up their equipment off of the new carpet to avoid dirtying it.
While on-​site, they noticed the furnace install work going on. They inquired about whether this work would circulate the attic air as they didn’t want to vent the termite treatment from attic to the rest of the house. No worries about that but hey, that was very responsible of them to assure no problems would occur concerning their work.
