Statewide Fumigation San Diego County

Statewide took care of tenting two of my properties. They were very professional about the paperwork and details of what needed to be done prior to their work at the properties, they showed up on time, the staff was friendly and efficient and nothing was broken. They even helped move plants that would otherwise have died with the chemicals. I didn’t know what to expect but the company took all the worries away and did perfect work.

I cannot believe how rude and unreliable this company is. My parents needed to get their house fumigated due to termites and obviously had to make hotel arrangements during that time. Not only was the approximate time they would arrive vague but completely incorrect. My parents ultimately had to pay 2 extra nights at the hotel because they couldnt even come in the 2 five hour time windows that were told to us. And the receptionist– YES YOU AMELIA or whatever your name is, is by far the most inconsiderate human being alive. If people ask you a question, its because they generally dont know the answer to it, so please dont treat people like they are stupid for asking in the first place. You are the first representation of the company– your tone and your attitude only shows hostility and gives your company a horrible reputation. Not caring about the fact that a customer is stuck waiting for your crew for 10 hours in an empty house because YOU require to wrap up all edible items is absolutely unacceptable. Its a miracle you’re still employed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
