Ordered a 14 piece of hotwings. Came with oil on it, no hot sauce and very small pieces. Didn’t get my two sides either. Called and complained and was told they’re too busy and so it will take longer than an hour. I could have reorder them and gotten them in thirty but I guess they handle complaints differently. Bad all around.

I have always ordered from this location and I have never had any problems. The pizza is always great and the customer service is wonderful as well. There have been a few times where I ordered pizza after their carry out hours and they have let me go and pick it up. The employees are always nice and patient, and I truly appreciate it. Not only that, but the pizza is always delicious! Awesome pizza, great service, and I definitely recommend to others!

Not sure why such bad reviews. I just ordered on a busy rainy night, and had it at my house in less than 30 mins. The order tracker said it would be an hour, which was fine but I was so shocked when it came so much quicker. The pizza was really good, I mean it’s dominos… But for dominos it was great. It was super fresh, extra cheesy like I ordered, doughy with a crunch. This dominos rocked it for me tonight. No complaints.

What a horrible somewhat hilarious experience! Ordered pizza online from this location for my wife. When the delivery guy went to the house, he demanded my presence, card and ID. I was at work so couldn’t physically be there but wife who has the same address on her ID was obviously home. Long story short, called the store and the assistant manager Enrique Sosa proceeded to lie that it was a new policy. His argument is that she could have stolen the card on the street(card with the same address as her own; same address as the delivery address) or she could be a child playing with her parents cards and they would call and cancel the transaction afterwards(after eating the pizza!). Called corporate office and they told me there was no such policy and we had just been profiled. We have ordered from this location numerous times and promise to NEVER order from there ever again. It would be a surprise if we ordered from Dominos ever again.

Reliably good pizza, entrees and sides, promptly delivered. It may be just me, but the food seems to have improved considerably over the last year or so. Likewise improved are the dishes that contain the salads. The old ones were so much smaller and the salads so tightly packed it was difficult to add the dressing; by contrast the new ones are much better. Suggestion for the website: PLEASE provide more room for delivery instructions. It would be nice to let you know not only what phone number to call when you arrive, but also such useful info as where to park and which door of the apartment building to meet us at.

I would give –5 stars, but I can’t. Which is a royal shame. Let me just start off by saying that we order dominoes at least three times a month. We get, pretty much, the same, basic, uncomplicated order every time. We’ve always been generally satisfied. However, last week, we ordered a medium half cheese, half pepperoni pizza and a Greek salad. The guys told me it would 15 – 20 minutes for delivery. Cool. Except that an hour later, my pizza and salad still weren’t there… I called and asked where it was, they said they had one delivery before me. Which is fine, but I live 5 minutes from them, so it still shouldn’t have taken over and hour, at this point. Also, when I called to complain about the time I’ve had to wait, the kid on the phone said, «whatever, it’s no big deal.» Um… No. You don’t ever tell a customer that what they’re upset over is no big deal. Never. Furthermore, the manager then said that the driver was 5 minutes away and to tell her Louis said it was only going to be $ 10. So when she came to the door, that’s exactly what I told her. She muttered rude things under her breath and tossed the pizza at me. When we opened the pizza, it was all pepperoni and cold! So I called the manager right back and told him about the rudeness of his driver and that my order was wrong. I clearly went over the order when I placed it. I heard the guy read back my order of half cheese, half pepperoni. The manager told me though, that I got what I ordered. He actually argued with me! I order the same pizza every time. I know exactly what I ordered. Finally he agreed to send the right pizza my way, free of charge. Oh how nice? I should t have to pay for a correction pizza if you messed up the first time. An hour later, a fully cheese pizza was delivered, and hardly cooked. Like the cheese wasn’t even melted. Point of the matter, I’m done with them. I will never order another pizza from Dominoes of Lincoln EVERAGAIN! It’s sad how one awful experience of poor customer service can ruin a customers loyalty. It’s not that I can’t handle when people mess up, Bruce I worked at a pizza shop in high school, I know these things happen, it’s just that on three different levels I was treated so rudely. Poor, poor, poor, disgraceful, shameful customer service from management and everyone below.

Normally I would not go out of my way to write a negative review, but I feel this situation calls for attention. After a little bit of a debate, this afternoon, my friends and I decided to order a couple of pizzas from Dominos based on their recent commercials saying they are dedicated to improving their reputation. We ordered a large cheese and large jalepeno, olive and sausage pizza.(A friend of mine was present when I ordered and confirmed that I did indeed order correctly.) I’m a vegetarian so the cheese was partly for me and when we received our order, we took the boxes and did not inspect them based on our assumption that the order was correct. After we paid(and gave the driver a appropriate/generous tip of 20%) the driver left, and we then discovered that the boxes did not contain what we expected. What we received was one pepperoni and one sausage, olive and pineapple pizza. Normally, an added or wrong ingredient would not be an issue worth discussing, but given that I am a vegetarian and refuse to eat meat, I was left with nothing edible. We immediately(and I’m talking within minutes) called to tell them they got the order wrong or gave us the wrong pizzas. After being on hold for nearly 10 minutes, a manager got on the call to inform us that«we got what we ordered» and there was nothing they could/would do. My Husband frustratedly asked them to at least bring us a plain cheese pizza that he would happily pay for, the managers response was again«you got what you ordered, we will not be replacing your order.» We notified them that they will be loosing 4 customers for life and the managers response was«I don’t care». The moral of the story is I would think twice about ordering from Dominos off Lincoln in Escondido if you care about customer service or getting what you paid for.

We’ve been ordering from this location since I was in middle school. We’ve consistently come back and I can’t think of a time that we’ve ever had an ordering or service issue here. They do skimp on the cheese every now and then but then others are covered great. So that’s about the only negative.

The only issue Ive had with Dominos as of late, is the amount of toppings they put on the pizza. With each slice you maybe get 2 to 3 pieces of each topping, maybe 4 if its black olives or jalapenos or something. Other than the stinginess on the toppings, theyre always on time, and the online ordering is always easy and efficient.

Last night I had gotten carryout. I always buy pizza there. Didn’t ask for I’d or card. The app didn’t see I needed to either. Ordered again today, they didn’t give me the order because I didn’t have my Id. Fuck this place. Never going back. They lost a long term customer.

Impressed! I have been ordering the HANDMADEPANPIZZA for the last 2 months and everyone has loved it! Domino’s has really stepped it up with the HANDMADEPAN. With online ordering, I simply press one button and re-order my previous order again and again. I must admit, I was very skeptical they would be any good. After all it is fast-food pizza; which is why I think it fair to Unilocal the tasty, hot, perfectly made pizza.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for nearly a year. The pizzas are always fresh. I’m a big pan of pepperoni and extra cheese, hand tossed. I also grab an order of boneless with buffalo sauce, equally awesome. The food shows up hot and always within the quote range. Can’t argue. Probably the best Dominos… Ever.

I’ve been ordering online here for years. and they used to be good. Now, the pizza is DRY with barely any sauce even though I ask for extra sauce every time on all of my pizzas to try to avoid dry pizza. The new team sucks especially with the late ass delivery so lets hope you don’t want warm pizza because I had to microwave my pizza. Then they don’t apologize and have the nerve to give you an attitude when you make them fix it. The pizza is cold and dry, dry, dry.

This is the Dominos in my home’s delivery area. I’ve never had a problem with the delivery from here. Then again I always order online. When I have tried to order via phone, the person answering usually doesn’t have a good grasp of the English language. I have to repeat what I want, and sometimes they don’t understand a coupon or sauce option. Four stars is for value, ease of ordering online, and taste(for a major chain pizza). — Their new sauce is pretty good. It’s robust which I prefer to sweeter pizza sauces. — Don’t call this place if you don’t speak Spanish. — Use their website or app to place your order. It’s actually pretty cool in that they track the status of your pie order. — The sandwiches are pretty good.
