This El Pollo Loco is crazy busy during lunch! But they are still quick with getting your food to you. I love the taste of their chicken wether it’s a meal or in a bowl or salad. Their cilantro dressing for their salad is by far one of my favorite dressings ever and their house salsa is always so fresh and delicious. Their mashed potatoes and gravy are definitely a favorite side choice of mine. I love El Pollo Loco it’s a healthier choice of fast food for sure. The customer service at this particular location is always outstanding!

Been here a couple times, quick service, yummy food, and friendly staff. Was very pleased with my encounters here. The tostadas are absolutely amazing! I will continue to return

Ill be honest. I’m a huge El Pollo Loco fan. I’ve been eating their food since I was 15 years old.(A good 18 years!) I’ve always been a fan of their burritos. They are so good. The salads are yummy as well. The chicken meals are great for when you feel like building your own tacos :]

I love El Pollo Loco. I love the Chicken Avocado Burrito. But I’d never went to this location before, and I won’t be going back. The order was okay, although it had some cold spots. Maybe that was from the little containers of green sauce. What was really disgusting was that one of the napkins had a bite taken out of it! At first I thought that the one(of only two) napkin had a piece torn out of it. Then I unfolded it and saw a very definite bite mark. Very funny. Not. At least it wasn’t wet. This was on Sunday, 04/10/2016 about 4:40PM going through drive-thru. I think the receipt said the cashier was Delia. I doubt if Delia took that large of a bite. I kept the napkin, folded up, for DNA purposes.

They always mess up my order here for some reason they must not like me. Hard to keep coming back to business when you pay for something and they forget to put it in the bag.

Food was good and services was fast. The only complaint I have its still pricey for chicken. But this Pollo Loco location is decent.

We love pollo loco. Loyal customers is what you would call my family. My husband and I went to a new location. This location should not be called Pollo Loco, because they did not have pollo. I was told 10 to 15 minutes for a chicken breast. This is like running out of hamburgers at McDonald’s They were not busy. In fact they were slow. I wish I could give them a negative star rating. They don’t deserve a star. I hope they fix their management and control their product. Pollo Loco should revoke the franchise. It should be called No Pollo Si Loco. How about shrimp?

My husband, brother and I went in for a late dinner last night. Got there at 9pm maybe thats why so disappointed! i usually love El Pollo Loco. They seemed irritated that we were dining in close to closing(930). First they said all they have is breast and wings so that was my first ugh moment i wanted legs and thighs and a simple loco salad. we paid $ 26 for 2 salads and 1 burrito n 2 drinks! The salads were cold, had mostly rice in them and the shrimp sausage and chicken bowl my husband got looked like a $ 3 meal for a kid. it literally had 4 small shrimp in it and half a bowl of peas! GROSS!!! my brothers shrimp burrito was cold and had more avocado than chicken in it! TRULY disgusted in this location! YUC!!! i will never ever go back to this location again!

5 stars for«Grandma»! I stopped by here with my coworker for some lunch and was not only happy with the food, but the service we got from grandma! She was consistently walking around and making sure that everybody was good as well as refilling the salsa bar and cleaning around the fountain drink area and tables. I know it sounds weird, but it’s sometimes rare to see a store manager doing entry-level type of duties… everybody else in the back referred to her as grandma and you can totally tell the staff has a great family vibe. I will definitely come back to this location!

Ever wonder where those guys fixing up your house go for lunch? Well there’s a good chance it’s at this El Pollo Loco. Came in and it was packed for lunch, almost every table taken. The bathroom line was longer, probably why this place is popular for the trade workers. — Kids meal was a great value here. 3.99 for two chicken pieces, a side(Mac and cheese), a bag of chips, and a drink! — I had the Bowl and a drink $ 5 deal. I would say it’s a good deal for lunch, perhaps too small for dinner. I had the power bowl witch was a bunch of black beans mixed with streamed broccoli topped with diced chicken. Tasted better than it looked. Gripes — Messed up order and it was hard to get someone to fix it quickly.

Constantly out of jalapeños. There answer is oh maybe next week. There is a grocery store 200 yards away. Why the manager doesn’t go buy a can still astounds me. They are more concerned with collecting money than stocking the staples of Mexican food. Poor management. Prices have also crept up. The corn tortillas often are dry and crack down the middle. No Bueno.

Can never get my order right. I ordered $ 30 worth of food for my family and came home to see half of it wasn’t in there and the half that was, was all incorrect. It’s also annoying that when you’re at the drive thru speaker trying to order all you hear is pans being slammed against the counters in the background making it hard for me to hear her and damn near impossible for her to hear me. I will gladly drive an extra 10 miles to the next el pollo loco if I ever want to revisit. And also when handing me my order I asked if that was everything and she shouted yes while walking away to the back kitchen. No salsa was offered and after 2 minutes of waiting for her to return and 3 other cars behind me I left.

It can be a healthy alternative if you have them leave off the sour cream and cheese. I loved when they had the tortas as that is my favorite bit something about the spices they use upsets my stomach. Place is clean, staff friendly and lots of parking available.

Last minute large order for a family gathering– no problem! We called at around 3 to ask for food for about 12 people– guaranteed to be ready when we needed it at 8. Called them about 35 minutes before pickup to add in more chicken and sides, and they were easily able to accommodate our request. Ready right when we arrived– did have to remind them we needed utensils and plates(included with our order per the catering order sheets). Slightly more than was quoted to us, but I can blame some of if on our disorganization and last minute planning. Food tasted great! Thanks guys!

This place has tons of parking, a clean dining area and excellent service! It tends to get busy when they send out their monthly coupons — so get here early to secure a spot. I love their chicken tostadas and always pile on extra salsa from their salsa bar! Drinks fountains are always clean and clear of clutter and have never had a flat soda. When utilizing their drive thru their service doesn’t miss a step! El pollo loco though not as quick as Chipotle definitely knows how to keep people coming back for more. You may want to consider buying their stock. As full discloser — I do not own any stock or work for them… This is my honest an unbiased review. Give this place a try when in the area– you’ll arrive hungry and leave full. In case you need to use the restroom while you’re here, it’s spotless too! Wow!!!

Twice I ordered DOUBLECHICKEN salad and they only gave me a couple of pieces of chicken. Save your money they are tight with their chicken here.

A grilled chicken salad and a tostada salad. You have all heard the«Where’s the beef?». Today my wife and I are saying«Where’s the chicken?» A few small pieces ½″ square. Hey El Pollo Loco, you are a chicken place, why skimp in your salads. My wife’s tostada salad was the same with tortilla strips. El Pollo Loco is as tight with the tortilla strips as the chicken. My wife had to really search to find them in her salad. We won’t be back… Chick Fil-A will be opening soon and that’s where our chicken $$ will go.

I know this probably sounds weird, but I had never eaten at an El Pollo Loco before. Years ago there was an incident at an El Pollo Loco where they would not serve lunch to the crew of the company I worked for due to them being dirty(from working) and kicked them out, so I just basically boycotted the company for the last 20ish years. My husband had also had a bad experience, so neither of us would shop there. But, an offer came out recently and we have this relatively new El Pollo Loco so close to the house that my husband decided he wanted to give them a try. We purchased the family meal combo for $ 20(+$ 2 to get white meat) that comes with chicken, plus chicken nachos to start with, and rice, beans, and churros for dessert. We went into the restaurant. It took a while for the order to be put together once placed. It did give us time to raid the salsa bar, though. The salsa bar was decent. I liked that they had cilantro not mixed with onions. I also liked that they have whole Serranos on the salsa bar — and they were HOT! We took the food home. The nachos were ok, but didn’t realize they put beans on them, which I don’t eat, but lucky for me, it was mostly a dab of beans. They also dont melt cheese on the nachos they drizzle a TINY bit of this white cheese sauce. Not impressed and then a tiny blob of sour cream, topped with a tiny blob of guacamole one on top of each other, which was a bummer for my husband who doesn’t like sour cream… we figured I’d eat the SC and he’d eat the guac, but they were mixed, so no go. The chicken was fine. It’s roasted chicken. Pretty much the same thing you get at Vons, but cut for you in pieces. Not as good as Juan Pollo which is DELICIOUS, but good enough. Flour tortillas were fine. I liked the rice, it wasn’t anything fancy, but tasted good and of course, I didn’t eat the beans, but my husband seemed to like them okay, except they are really soupy, he prefers the mushy re-fried style. We never ate the churros because we were full and I’m not a big churro fan anyway, and then we forgot about them the next day. Overall, it was okay, but unless he gets a desire to return, I have no plans to go back.
