Living in Rancho Bernardo currently. Received a very good quote from these folks in Escondido last week, from Ismael Martinez. Been trying to reach the numbers listed on the quote to place an order for installation, but voice mail says «mailbox is full». Very frustrating. If they want business, should not have full mailbox for 3 days in a row… not sure how to reach them.

Our landscape contractor recommended this to us as a company that is middle in price but uses good quality materials. Quick turnaround for on-​site estimate. Several days later, installed by the owner and an assistant. At the end of the day, we feel that they did a good job, did it efficiently, and with a reasonable price. Overall a good experience.

It took a week for them to return my voicemail message. Ishmael scheduled a 4 p.m. Monday appointment with me to measure my house for replacement gutters. I took off work early; at 5:30 I called Ishmael and left a message, asking if he was still coming. At 6:15 he returned my call, and said he’d asked «the girl» in the office to call me earlier to reschedule for the next day (because he was too busy to meet out appointment), and he was sorry I hadn’t gotten a call. I told him I was glad he was so busy, because I wasn’t going to trust my gutters to someone who couldn’t work a phone or follow a schedule.
