Jersey Mike’s Subs

The new manager girl is way too engaging and harasses me every time I visit. She is overly friendly and makes each customer noticeably uncomfortable with her bombardment of questions. I try to coordinate my visits around her schedule ever since she started working there. I love everything else about this store! Friendly, hard working employees and fast service; would’ve gotten 5 stars if not for new management

The best place to grab a bite after playing organized sports at the Escondido Sports Center or hiking the Coast to Crest trail.
The manager’s special — 2 bags of chips, 2 sodas, and a giant sub of your choice for 15.99. I guess you only save a little but it makes for easy ordering.

— Windy outside so batten down those napkins.
— Giant sub can be cut to spec.

The staff is friendly and they are fast at making your sandwich the way you like it. I always get their American Classic sandwich and it has never let me down lol. Let’s be real here they are way better then Subway with out a doubt. Definitely will be coming back here again soon.

This specific location has no customer service! I called an order to go I was told 10 minutes. When I arrived to pick-​up my order it was not ready and I was put at the end of the line! When I expressed how frustrated I was for having to wait an extra 15 minutes for my sub a very rude associate kept repeating «well its being done now»! No consideration that I had to wait extra time with a baby. Thats the whole reason why I called ahead of time! I understand it gets busy but I don’t need attitude from a green haired girl who can’t just apologize for the inconvenience. This has happened to us before. And I will make sure NOT to come back again I rather drive to another location! You should too.

Great staff and good service. I eat here all the time and they do a good job. Bread is always fresh and condiments are too.

Went to jersey mikes and Patrick was the only hard worker who stood out, had quick service and made sure I was taken care of absolutely the best sandwich service I’ve ever had going back just because of him !

I’ve been to a Jersey Mike’s before so there was no surprise as to what they offer in yummy sandwiches. I always get the Big Kahuna cheesesteak because… it’s the one I like damn it! I understand it’s no match to Hungry Bear but this is not a subway either, so every now and then this is my spot to feed my hunger for a sandwich with plenty of flavor.
The service has always been the same at all Jersey Mike’s they make you feel welcomed and like your in a neighborhood deli. The place is always clean and the service is good to great… perhaps I should come back and have a sub made «Mike’s Way» … nah Big Kahuna for life!!!

I came I from out of town, famished and looking for a tasty lunch. I found it here! The ingredients were fresh, and the bread was incredible! When they said «Mikes way?» And I didn’t know what that was, they gave me a free cookie for being a new customer. They girl working so sweet and enthusiastic. Glad I went!

So i went in and they recognized me! They said i was the guy from Unilocal that complained about «mikes way». I ordered a Bbq sandwich and the young lady that made it said it would be the best sandwich id ever eat. Man it was! Everyone was cool too they were taking to me and each other. Good going guys!

For a chain sub shop this place is one of my favorites! Although they have a simple menu, quality ingredients and yummy sandwiches! My favorite is the chicken cheesesteak sandwich!

Worst jersey mikes in San Diego county .
Flys everywhere, tables dirty, trash all over the tables, lettuce was old… when it was my time to order the guy who was helping put my bread top on the counter where 4 flys touched it when I asked for a new top because fly’s touched my bread he looked at his co worker and laughed … Their soda machine for the dr. pepper had mold in it !
The lack of customer service is so sad ! They weren’t busy and instead of cleaning the store to make it look some what presentable they decided to sit and talk amongst each other and sit on their phone …

the old manager no longer works here and you can tell. everybody is rude AF!!! i doubt we will be comin back. the new manager noah didnt even offer me new bread after a fky landed on it. i had to ask… i guess he thought i wanted fly poop on the side. no thanks!!!

I favor this particular location more than any other in town. The Fellows here remember a Person and make Tha sandwiches way better by far. Superior Quality Talent And Sandwiches.

Amazing staff at this location, I’ve been to many jersey mike’s but this one was just outstanding in customer service! As soon as I walked in they all welcomed me in! And did I mention there subs are the best! Better than any subway!

I have been coming to the store for a while now and in the last month and a half or so the last for five visits have not been up to the Jersey Mike’s standard.
The employees have consistently made my sandwich wrong even when doing Mike’s way in the presentation and taste of it is not taste the same as I am normally used to with Jersey Mike’s.
The main reason I am writing this review today is about an online order that I made. I made an online order as a surprise for my fiancé she could pick up during her lunch. I scheduled it for 2 PM. She walked in at 2:15 when she finally could arrive after I let her know and the sandwich haven’t even got started yet. Why order a sandwich in advance if it’s not even going to be ready when you show up? Delayed her day and cut down her lunch hour.
As a former employee I know what it is like to make sandwiches in the responsibility of a Jersey Mike’s working. They have not been doing what they need to be doing.
Very disappointed overall and will be taking my business to the San Marcos location

Fantastic sandwiches. I usually go to the one by my work in Carlsbad, but I go here if I’m craving a sandwich since its closer. I’ve only tried a couple sandwiches on the menu, but I highly recommend the Club Supreme, Mike’s way; it’s my favorite so far. Sandwiches at Jersey Mikes are a little pricier than other chains, but I’d happily pay the price for the quality you get.

Freshly sliced! Fresh bread! Simple one choice! All cold subs come with «mike’s way» (onion, lettuce, tomato, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, spices). Just provolone cheese. Love the simplified choice and quality meats!!! The chipotle cheese steak is grilled onion, peppers, chipotle mayo. Fresh made. Delicious!

Decent sandwiched… super cool staff. So 3 for the food and 4 for the helpful staff.
The sandwiches were tasty, I liked the mix of East Coast and Italian tastes. There just wasn’t anything that really blew my boat out of the water. The Sub sandwich business is a tough one. THe meats were fresh sliced, the vegis and toppings were ample, and fresh. But nothing really made me say… «I Gotta Have It!». The staff though all made a genuine effort to say hello, explain the menu and get us taken care of. Thumbs up across the board guys… keep it up!

I used to think you guys made good sandwiches today my sandwich was the stingiest sandwich I’ve gotten many years if I want a sandwich is nothing but bread I can go to Subway sandwiches for that

I really like their Italian sub. Mmmmm tasty! I Also recommend the turkey bacon avocado, it’s a great sub. But I didn’t like their Ruben sandwich.. Not up to par. Hungry Bear destroys jersey mikes Ruben. The Italian subs are a tough choice!
Anyway love this place for a good olé Italian not to much more to say. The lay out is small. The staff is always real friendly.
