Kevin was terrific. I called to schedule a furnace repair and Kevin answered the phone. He indicated he was on a job today, but should be able to fit me in in the afternoon. He said he would call around 2:00 to let me know. At the stroke of 2:00 he called me back and said he would be at my home between 3:30 — 4:30. He arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was on his way. He was very reasonably priced and had a great personality. Highly recommended.

Just have to take a minute and give another shout out to Kevin. We were having an issue with our new furnace staying on, so I sent an email to Kevin… at like 9am on a Sunday. Within minutes he emailed me back with possible causes for the code the furnace was showing, and even offered to come by the next morning. As a reminder: this was on Sunday morning, and he responded immediately! As it turns out, I just needed to replace the filter-​completely normal maintenance and not related to the product or install (remember to replace your furnace filter every 90 days of use!). Thanks to Kevin I was able to diagnose and resolve the issue very quickly, and on a Sunday no less! Kevin is the man and if you live in North County, this man deserves your business.

Kevin Myers Heating and Air Conditioning did an outstanding job fixing our upstairs inoperative AC. Kevin diagnosed the problem in a short time frame and completed the repair (backed up condensate line) within an hour. He fully explained the issue and how to prevent future problems, plus looked at our downstairs AC unit to ensure it was fully operational. He also got to our house earlier than our appointment time. We had tried several other «bigger» AC companies but both said it would be a week or longer to get an appointment. Kevin got an appointment scheduled within 2 days. I would strongly recommend Kevin Myers and will definitely use him again for future HVAC work.

This is a 5 star rating only because we are limited to 5 stars. If possible, I would rate Kevin Myers at LEAST 10 stars. Kevin helped us when we were in dire straits, and diagnosed the problem with our existing HVAC unit over the phone. He confirmed his diagnosis an hour later on arriving at our home.
He figured out a way to get our air conditioning working on a temporary basis without causing any damage to the existing equipment until he could get the replacement parts we needed. We found this to be miraculous.
At that time, he provided us with a quote and assured us that he would have the replacement parts as soon as possible. Two days later he had the part, scheduled a time to install it (15 minutes after receiving it) and performed the repair. He tested the fix until he was satisfied that the entire system was working properly and when we got the final bill, it was just as he had originally quoted — no up-​charging at all.
Kevin’s considerate nature made this entire process simple and we were in comfort immediately because of his encyclopedic knowledge of the wiring of these systems. Since I become physically ill when overheated, I genuinely believe he was an answer to our fervent prayers.
We’re signing a service contract with Kevin to provide us routine maintenance on our HVAC unit for the remainder of our days. We trust him implicitly and wouldn’t use anyone else.
