Always have to wait forever even with an appointment. The girls at the front desk are always so rude. They act as though they hate their jobs and you’re bothering them.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Horrible service, no one is attentive or accommodating. I had an appointment three weeks in advanced and when I got there I had to wait FOUR HOURS past my appointment time, no one told me they were behind or to come back in two hours. Instead, they just made me sit there and wait four hours for a basic physical and drug test that any doctor could do. Never again will I come here.

I had made an appointment to go get blood drawn. There is always a long wait and full of walk ins. The minute I walked in this older lady responded after I told her I had a 10 appointment she told me «no you dont» I was like yes I do. I had my confirmation number and while I was getting it she was arguing with me that she had her 10 am go in and that maybe I’m wrong. I showed her and it was a computer error on their website. I was frazzled at this point and wanted to just get my blood work done and leave. She never apologized and she is the reason I will not be returning to this location. Rude and argumentive front office staff! The worst part is I hate needles and this just made the visit an even horrible experience. Plus the office is really dirty and small everyone is arm to arm.
