I have used Little Mo for over 2 years now and have never found the staff anything less than friendly and helpful, The customer service is first rate and the facility is clean and easy to access.
I was outraged by the review left by Sheila B. until I looked at her other reviews. Of 6 reviews only one was positive. I see a pattern here, don’t you?

This is an awesome little mom and pop storage facility! I would recommend it to anyone, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They made my challenging moving situation much less stressful. I went to the office, did a little paperwork and I was in a unit in no time. They were also cheaper than the other storage facilities also in a much better location. I felt very confident that all of my belongings would be safe and sound there.
