My boyfriend purchased the Multi-Vitamin Deep Peeling for me as an early Valentine’s Day present from Chelsea. She claims to be the sister of the owner. With the Deep Peeling came a complimentary«facial.» I went today to redeem my complimentary facial and wasn’t surprised when it was nothing like a facial from the spa. Chelsea, who I am unsure is even a licensed aesthetician, applied toner to my face then applied the Termica mask that supposedly retails for $ 5000. I was interested in the products because Chelsea stated that it is organic, all natural and FDA approved. I was impressed and purchased the cleanser and toner kit and she tossed in the day moisturizer and night nourishment for«free.» She said because she likes me she’s gonna give me a tremendous discount which I felt like she did. So my boyfriend got the Multi-Vitamin Deep Peeling + complimentary facial for $ 80 and today I spent $ 150 for the cleanser and toner kit and day moisturizer and night nourishment. All together retails for $ 662. Great deal right!!! Wrong. My face began to break out and a rash formed on my face. I do have sensitive skin but not sensitive to the point where a rash breaks out every time I use a mask. I texted Chelsea letting her know that I had an allergic reaction. She demanded photos because she has never heard of anyone developing a rash after using Orogold products. I asked if she could speak to her brother about a refund since the product line doesn’t work well with my skin and she tells me that what she used on my face isn’t in what I bought so that it should be fine. I told her that I don’t feel comfortable using their products and will not be using them. I simply had to accept the fact that they are not willing to do the right thing because they made a quick dollar off of my boyfriend & I. During my facial, Chelsea told me that her clients have her personal number and wants them to feel like family. She definitely did not make me feel this way. She also whispered in my ear as I was leaving that the mask she used on me retails for $ 5000 but her brother is willing to offer it to me for $ 500 and gave me a hug and a wink and was sent on my way. Thinking about it now, I should have known it was a scam. She also told me she did a facial the other day on Megan Fox’s husband in LA and that Denise Richards lives by Orogold products. Chelsea didn’t even wash her hands after shaking my hand when we first met prior to touching my face. So maybe it wasn’t the products that caused the reaction but it was her poor hygiene. Regardless, a business should stand by their products but if a customer is physically incapable of using their products at no fault of their own, they should offer a refund. Instead, now I have to make my rounds of complaints. I have submitted a complaint to BBB and this is the first Unilocal review I have ever submitted. It is unfortunate because I was looking forward to using the products I bought. Beware of this store. Chelsea said that she lives in a house full of Israeli’s and that because they are religious, they are trustworthy and won’t lie to you so any products they are offering must be great. Orogold claims to be made in Italy but contains minerals from the Dead Sea. There was a lot of info I was told today but the point is, my experience was terrible. I should have researched prior to giving this store any of my boyfriend’s money. Also, I forgot to mention that I didn’t have enough money so I called my boyfriend for his card number and they accepted it. He wasn’t physically with me but I gave them his card info and I signed for the purchase. That is also sketchy. I wish my first review could have been positive. If anyone who actually uses these products would like to take what I have off my hands, feel free to message me. All brand new, unopened products.

Do not get pulled into this store. They use excessive sales techniques to push you to buy something. They products aren’t great and the peel makes my skin itch. Stay away.

Beware!!! they would not give me my money back after my eyes got very irritated from the wrinkle repair cream. The stuff dried all crusty and my eyes got itchy, red and swollen. I brought it back to get a refund because of the allergic reaction and they said to bad, we can exchange it for another eye cream which I didn’t want to do because I didn’t want to risk it on my fragile eye area. The manager was rude and didn’t offer any other possibilities to fix the situation like a mask or something either. They don’t have any prices on any of their products so you have no idea what your buying. They have very bad business practices and very aggressive sales push. Nor do they stand behind their product. I’m out $ 350 bucks. Never felt so screwed over. Buyer beware!

Total un-professional, un-ethical, and no integrity business. They tell you one thing and they do the other. Everyone of them claims to be the manager and who know who it is. Every time they tell you a difference price. I asked them about their names and they don’t tell you. Stay away before you walk in and get robbed and be sold a $ 10 product for the price of $ 200.

Stay FAR away, walk on the other side of the mall, wear a disguise… but whatever you do DONOTWALKIN. I had some time on a Sunday and like other victims was offered free samples and promise of instant gratification. Sat down, got the whole«You don’t look a day over 21» bit… riiiiggghhhhttt. The girl that was helping me smelled like an ashtray and her fingers reeked like she just came back from smoking a carton. The product itself seemed nice but I knew there was a catch. $ 200 for a little tube of anti-aging product? See ya! Then the bargaining started. «I will give you MY cost» but I normally don’t do this for anyone. Again, riiiiggggghhhhtttt. This place won’t be there for long. Total scam. If they were that confident in their product, why not offer refunds? Any legit company that stands behind their claims offers a guarantee. The only guarantee you are going to get from them is that you are about to get robbed.

Warning: this place is a rip off!!! They lure you in with a little bag saying its a gift and sit you in a chair. You are pretty much blocked in and they put this white crap on your face saying its 24k gold u are stuck because you have this white crap all on your face and it has to dry. While you are desperately trying to make a get away they show u prices starting at $ 1200 and they keep wheeling and dealing. You can actually get the product for $ 60 lol what a joke and the people that work there don’t represent skin care at all!

Pass and do not even try to answer the girl at the door offering you some free samples. Unless you want to spend ridiculous amount of money for facial cremes that apparently contain gold. Well, I was one of the naïve ones who stopped by and listened to the girl flattering my supposed beauty and handing me some samples. She almost push me inside to ‘free massage, free makeover, free everything’. No single customer in the pristine white and gold decorated store. No wonder… check those prices. However, I tried the sample for simple moisturizer at home. I got allergic reaction. I checked the contents, all chemical with long names and some aloe vera here and there… skip it… go to Lush instead, just in the same mall. Smells like heaven and you can see, touch and almost eat the freshness.
