Supercuts

So the color and cut wasn’t my absolute favorite, but the manager and the other stylist working there totally turned my day around. I was laughing and having a wonderful time. Super personable. Kinda pricey but still cheaper than the salon I like.

My wife and I have both been coming to this location for a while. We have been assisted by various stylist in that time. All of them have been very friendly and honest with both of us.
As a male it is not very hard to mess up what we are asking for. As least I do not believe so. However, in the years I have been coming here I did want to try something new and came to them with what I had in mind. I even brought a photo to help give them an idea and they gave me their best advise on how to go about it. Plus when I was looking for different product for my hair they a recommendation that was spot on. Clearly they know their stuff.
As for my wife, she has had some bad experiences at other salon where in one situation they cut her hair shorter then she would have like. Since we have been coming here her experiences have been much better. They care more about getting it right the first time rather then getting it down quickly so they can help the next customer and make money.

I will never go to this place again.
I had got off of work at 6:30pm on a Sunday and I knew that they closed at 7pm, I really needed my 4 year old son to get a hair cut cause he started a new day care on Monday so as soon as I got off of work I went to go pick up my son and I arrived at Supercuts at 6:50pm
Now I completely understand that I got there extremely late, and I’ve worked at restaurants and places where your about to close and customers walk in, its the worst I get it. I didn’t do it on purpose and everything else was closed so I had no choice.
I walk in there exactly 10 min before they closed and I even felt bad and said I know you guys are closing in 10 min and I’m so sorry but could you please just take my son, now my child is not difficult when he gets his haircut at all.
There was this skinny guy with short blonde hair at the register, he didn’t say a word to me he looked at me, shrugged his lips and nodded no.
I even looked at him and said «no?» again not a word and nodded his head no.
ok if you can not take me because you close in 10 min that’s fine I understand that at least tell me you cant and apologize for it, even if you don’t mean it, apart of your job is customer service, ask me if I would like to make an appointment for the next day, or something.
Don’t be a complete a**hole and be so rude. I really wish I got his name so I can post that on here.
Honestly that guy really pissed me off on how he handled everything, and for that I will never go again and make sure that if anyone asks me about that place ill tell them to go some where else.

I’m only giving this place 2 stars because Jamie was personable and sweet, and I believe she is a capable stylist.
With that said, she and another stylist in the salon completely botched my hair.
I had accidentally dyed my hair a shade lighter than I should have, resulting in a brassy look, only noticeable at the roots. I came into Supercuts to see if a color correction was possible, and though she didn’t seem confident, Jamie offered to «fix it» for me.
I had asked for her to lighten my hair, just a tad, and to tone it with an ash-​blonde. She rinsed my hair, spun me around in the chair, and revealed a hideous orange-​platinum blonde. Then, she ran out of time (After leaving the dye in my hair for over 30 minutes) and referred me to another stylist in the salon to give me «low lights,» in an effort to tone down the disgusting blonde color.
That stylist didn’t even dye up to my roots. It was very clear that neither of these ladies have the color expertise to be handling color corrections. This should be said upfront. It is SO irresponsible to do this to someone’s hair.
Now, more than 8 months later, my hair is finally manageable. I can finally run a brush through it and look in the mirror without cringing/​crying.
I am only giving this place 2 stars because Jamie gave me my money back as soon as I expressed my dissatisfaction, and the haircut she gave me was good. DO NOT come here for color. I cannot stress that enough.

I recommend Paulina (5 stars to her 4 for the place itself) if you want any type of cut! She did an amazing job and she is an absolute pleasure. I’ve never felt comfortable with expressing my concerns at salons if I wanted something cut more/​changed completely. She welcomed feedback and was great about getting it done right! In the years I have been getting haircuts, I have never felt so confident walking out of a salon. The only downside about the salon, would be that the stylists have to multi task with check ins and setting up other clients. I firmly believe they should have someone there taking care of the clients and other minimal tasks. I think that it’s a bit unfair when the stylist is working with a client and has to run away from them to grab a phone call or check someone in. Although understandably not their fault, but definitely something the franchise owner/​corporate should think about.

My experience was awesome. Alex was the stylist I worked with. Alex is wonderful, very articulate and knowledgeable in her trade. The shop had more than one person working, all taking care of somebody. They did their best to accommodate everyone present while still remaining pleasant. They were quick courteous and very professional. They are very personable and approachable and do their best to be accommodating. I will definitely come again with my family and will recommend this location. Thanks and keep up good work!

Had a good haircut with Jamie. Easy to talk and give details what I wanted. Shop is clean and staff very friendly. Perfect time to stop in with no appointment. Less than 10 wait and got out quick. Very happy with my haircut.

I love Jamie.
Shae takes the time to get to know what you want. I have followed her to 3 different Supercut locations. She always makes sure the salon looks good. I never see left over hair. Jamie is a great marketer for Supercuts.

I always kick myself for forgetting the name of the stylist I saw… but that’s life.
I would say my most recent visit here was one of my favorite visits to a Supercuts in recent history. She asked all the normal questions, but actually picked up on the fact that my previous stylists hadn’t done a super thorough job with the clippers. I was kinda shocked that she could tell this over a month later, but it’s something that had bugged me every time.
The wait was about average for not having called ahead. By the time they got to me, she had one other client waiting, but she definitely didn’t seem rushed.
The ultimate in customer service: Despite declining the shampoo, she offered to rinse our all my hair clippings afterwards, since I was going out to give a presentation. Wow. I had gotten so used to planning my haircuts such that I would do that myself at home, but she had the foresight to take care of that for me.
Awesome job, keep it up! The prices here were also $ 4 less than the other Supercuts in town that I had been using… and my experience was better. Can’t wait to come back!

I cut my hair from about 14 – 16 inches to buzzed and the stylist did it perfectly! I had Dezi (Desirae) she has green hair and she’s great! Go to her!

I went in here today to get a normal haircut a mid fade because my normal barber shop is closed on Mondays and I really need to get a haircut today. So I went in here thinking that my haircut I was going to get was a basic haircut but apparently I was wrong. Regardless the girls in there were friendly and try to get to people as quickly as I could, but the girl that did my hair today didn’t know how to actually cut my hair she had to ask one of her coworkers how to fade my hair properly and now one side of my head is cut a little shorter than the other
If they were to slow down and take a little bit more time and pride in doing what they were doing then they would be a good shop if they would hire people that already know how to do a basic fade haircut. but after my experience there today I will not be returning to this Supercuts

Do I even have to give a star?! This place doesn’t even deserve one. Took my son there, thought it would be cheap but this place cost about 15 bucks. But that’s not the worst part — we had to stop her half way because it was sooo bad! She made his head all deformed. Don’t waste your money.

I really hate hair dressers.
My hair was long, just below my bra strap on my back. Told Taylor I did not want any length taken off the back. Layered, trimmed and angle cut to frame my face. She showed me ½ inch of hair and said she would not cut any more then this, I said ok. Will she took off 4 inches off the back of my hair and did not cut at a nice steep angle on sides but hacked almost straight back. I am so pissed off. After 15 years of going here I will never go back. Why is it they don’t listen, do what they want. I now have a short v instead of a nice long u on the back of my hair. It will take me a friggin year to grow it back. My husband asked what happened?
Just another idiot hairdresser the does not listen.

After leaving Sport Clips somewhat dissatisfied I wend to back to Supercuts.
It was the day after Christmas and the place was dead, perfect opportunity to get cleaned up a bit. Haircut was quick, precise, and the stylist asked the right questioned and listened to my needs. Is this better than going to a salon and getting a professional cut? No. But the price is half and I’m not good at keeping to a bimonthly haircut schedule. I actually received complements on my cut.
