Great service, very friendly… we went for some information on where to start to sell some pocket watches… we dealt with Burhan, and it was a pleasant experience, we felt we were treated fair, that he was knowledgable, and very nice and honest. Fossil Watch Repair:
One of my favorite watches has been giving me grief. The pin kept falling out and I would pay various watch repair places to put in a new pin in. This happened over and over again over the course of a few weeks.
Burhan’s (The Owner) Solution:
Because my watch was so heavy and the problem kept on happening, Burhan came up with a different solution. He decided to fabricate a new, larger hole and put in a larger, sturdier pin.
The Results:
So far so good Unilocaler’s…but it’s still under 1 week from the date of repair. I haven’t had a problem yet, but if there is an issue and they cannot repair I will be sure update this review.

I dealt with Burhan who owns Timekeepers and I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a grandfather clock and 2 other pendelum clocks that needed service and repair. The work was done quickly and he delivered the clocks to my home and set them up properly.

I think this is one of the most trustworthy shops you can fine in southern ca. Mr. Burhan kivrak is the owner of this shop and very soft spoken and polite to all his customers. I am a vintage pocket watch collector and have been going to this shop for close to 15 years. Since i am very touchy over my collecting; i have been taking my watches to burhan knowing they will be serviced by his master watch repairmen. Burhan will give you an on the spot cost and the cost are reasonable and he does not charge more than he tells you. Pocket watches are very complicated and need very steady hands; but this shop will repair them all unless it is an unusual circumstance. this includes all kinds of watches. This shop is like a timepiece gallery. I could stay hours looking over his hundreds of items.

Burhan and Sheree are as nice as persons can be. We have bought watches, had rings repaired, jewelry replaced, and sold old gold to them. Their prices are fair, they have kept us informed as to work in progress, and they stand behind their work. We have always sought small local jewelers to do business with and they have been great.

Took my 40+ year old Accutron in for repair. Burhan was able to make it work perfectly again. These vintage watches by Bulova are getting harder and harder to have repaired. I am so thankful to have found this great Watchmaker and his staff.
I also had two heirloom watch I have had in a drawer for decades. Burhan made my an offer to purchase at what I felt was a more than fair price. Great experience.

Did a great job overhauling and repairing a long-​neglected antique wall clock. A prior attempt at repairs at another shop out of the SoCal area was a total waste of money. Worth the price if the clock is important. Will absolutely go back with another antique. I had no problem with anyone there — quite the contrary, all were very friendly. The collection of clocks are a kick to check out.

Every time I have visited Timekeepers, I have been impressed. The first time was to repair an old watch that I love. The second was to repair the same watch damaged by one of my kids. Each time I have enjoyed the time I spent there. I am a SAHM and bring my kids in tow. Although kids in a watch store are nerve wracking, I imagine, for the owners and employees, they are always polite and sweet with my two toddlers. They walk around amazed … nothing but oohs and aahs and mommy has to do plenty of Don’t touch statements, but despite their presence I am treated with respect from the staff. I am lucky to have found this place. My watch backing fell out after the most recent visit, but when I brought it back, they were wonderful and offered to fix it at no extra charge… not even for the labor. I am so grateful for their professionalism and service. I will continue to come to Timekeepers and hope to one day buy one of the many beautiful larger pieces in their store. Thank you.

We have a grandfather clock that stopped working. I called Timekeepers of Escondido (having done business there several times and been satisfied) and made an appointment to have them come to my home, ($ 145 house call, and repair the clock.)
NEVER CALLED AND NEVER SHOWED UP! TIMEKEEPERS? apparently can’t ‘keep time’!

Got a free watch battery just as they advertised for checking in. Great price I brought two in for replacement batteries. Definitely coming back for additional service.

Moved to North County from Banker’s Hill and researched where to get a 19^th century clock repaired. We found this by happenstance. !When we went to the store this was a cornucopia of clocks! wow — huge selection, fair prices and the owner fixed our clock to be right as rain. He even took the time to show us how to properly wind and perform simple maintenance in the future.
So nice to find a local store that was fun to explore and take timepieces for repair. HIt this place up, you won’t be disappointed.

I go to a place like this because my watch needs service. I won’t return if I feel that I’ve been burned.
As long as the owner services my watches, I can be satisfied with leaving them in his capable hands; he does good work. From experience, one of the PT older techs serviced a watch competently, while a younger tech obliterated the original defined finishing edges on a valuable collectible timepiece and ground into the edges of the crystal (I’ve since paid to replace it).
I have not returned to the shop since the move … can’t say I care for the new location. I might check out the other watch shop, or I might return, but insisting that only the owner handle my watches.

The reason I reward with a mere four stars is that the owner is quite crotchety: the woman there is far friendlier.
Nonetheless, despite its rather limited hours, this is a true gem (no pun intended), and business as these need to be MUCH MORE publicized!!!
Oh those timepieces: I need to refrain from elaborating because I can write a LONG pamphlet on this subject!!!
Another overlooked aspect is that they carry a selective collection of French-​milled soaps!!!

I went here to sell an antique ships clock and an used Omega wristwatch. After calling most other clock shops in the area I found the gentleman here to be the most help in offering a fair price for my items. These guys are very honest, fair and I would recommend them. I took my wedding ring set in to get re-​sized and they did an amazing job. They went above and beyond and cleaned the ring, tightened all my stones and soldered my two rings together in just the right way to make them stronger.
The staff is very friendly and there is definitely a lot to look at inside the shop. My kids had fun looking at all the clocks on the wall while I was being helped. I will definitely be going to this place again if I have any other jewelry repairs needed.

At first glance the shop looks a bit cluttered… but look deeper… there are treasures here!
Clocks, watches, fine jewelry. Prices are reasonable. Owner is friendly. This business has been in town a long time.
I take all my watch repairs here. Battery replacement in a few minutes, new bands, etc. Repairs are quick, as long as parts are available.
