Second time here and second review. This time I wanted to try a more«standard» pizza with tomato sauce instead of the barbecue one. I was not disappointed. Mom and I had the daily special — two slices with up to 2 toppings, plus a drink, $ 6.95. We might have gone that route if we had noticed it last time. It is NOT like the way Sbarros does it — where you get two slices of a pizza already made that may have sat underneath a heat lamp for God knows how long. They actually form the dough into a two-slice shape, cook it to order, and cut it in half. You can tell from the way the outside edge of each slice cooks like crust. I have never seen a pizza place do that before, and it’s a really wonderful idea. The two slices are very generous, especially considering the price, and they come out fresh and steaming hot with the cheese all melty as it should be. I had artichokes and cashews on mine. The artichokes were great and didn’t have that tough texture that artichokes sometimes have. I’ve never seen cashews on pizza before, but I am totally into weird new spins on old classics, so I had to try it, and I have to say it works. Crust was on-point and the sauce was the right combination of salty/sweet/tangy that I like. Had the bruschetta again and saved the leftover dipping sauce to dip my pizza crust in. It’s sooooo good. Sister had the pizzoli(sp?) which are kind of little pizzas rolled up with your choice of toppings — she really liked them. Generous enough portion for a light meal, even though they’re on the menu as an appetizer. The server was sooo nice, enthusiastic and energetic and sincerely eager to please. She brought us garlic knots, on the house, while we waited. I was really impressed by the steps taken to provide that extra«something». I would much rather come to a place like this, that really takes care of its customers and serves excellent, very reasonably priced food, than go to a place like Pieology(where clinically depressed employees follow corporate SOPs). I think that if more people knew about this place, they’d put other pizza joints around here out of business.

Go there almost every other weekend… Service has changed to go to the front counter and place and pay for your order first now. I guess that’s to ward off the dine and dash people. Have to ask for everything. Have to remind them when you order a salad with your meal. I always get the simple pizza and I must have the burn the crust so I can’t eat all of it look on my face… because that’s what happens. Also, people have to trail back and forth to get their refills. I don’t like this new set-up…but who am I to say. And why are we leaving a tip??? What’s the tip for??? just asking.

Super impressed with this restaurant. We came in and ordered a pizza we spoke to the manager Danny about our allergies and she made the crew disinfect the entire area so we don’t cross contaminate the pizza with nuts. Was highly impressed and pizza was delicious ! We will be back !

The pizza, omg, so good! It’s not deep dish nor thin crust, just right at that in between sweet spot. This place really is great, so long as you don’t use their bathroom(more on that later). The atmosphere is really fun and the place is well designed; it’s cool but not like wannabe hipster cool. There are plenty of TVs if you’d rather watch whatever than talk to your cheating jerk of a bae-no-longer-bae. The outdoor area is fun too, if it’s not too hot, obvi. They only have bottled beer btw, no draft. Craft will run you $ 4. Now, the shitter, WTF? The foulest of foulest smells, unimaginable, straight from Satan’s butthole, permeate your olfactory senses as soon as you put your hand on the door. I BARELY made it out of there, and did a half-a$$ed job of washing my hands too. Seriously, do NOT go in there!

Off the beaten path… and I like that! Head a short way up old Route 66 for a serious dose of Americana. The décor is unexpected and hip. Casual atmosphere and a cool vibe. The pesto pizza is seriously delish. This place offers not just food but a dining experience. Do take some time to check out and admire the eclectic décor and cool conversation pieces throughout. Get your kicks and ENJOY!

This resturant tried telling us that a 20 minute wait was ok. I am good with that, but why had we waited 45 minutes! The couple at the table next to us, who had been there longer than we had, just wanted to get there pizza and get their infant child home so they could take care of him. When they finally brought their pizza, it was a small and they had ordered a large. The resturant then wanted to send me a «complement». Blowing happy smoke up my arse, nor having all of your friends give you rave reviews isn’t going to change fact that your resturant sucks.

We Ordered a large pizza and came out really burnt. I called back to give them a courtesy call and pretty much the lady that answered said it was supposed to be like that and was giving me an attitude. Won’t come here again!

We found this place purely by accident after a long day of exploring the desert. Do yourself a favor if you’re within 20 miles or more if you’re the adventurous type. The food, service and ambiance will blow your socks off. This is not your typical boring Pizza establishment… there is something truly special about this place.

My sister wanted to try this place out after driving by for the last couple years. Last night, we figured we would give it a shot after running our errands. Our group entered from the parking lot in the back and the restaurant was noticeably empty. Must have been because of the wind and the cold. I guess people dont decide on pizza on a chilling night. We were allowed to sit at whichever booth. Cow print upholstery and butter knife booth dividers added to a rustic, western feel. Kind of dated décor but it works I suppose. Music played while three tvs played varying sports games in silence. Service was good. We got assisted quickly and even had garlic knots served to us without asking. Have to take a star away though. 3 of the garlic knots were not cooked thoroughly and were cold. I had a nice doughy stick to my fingers as I pulled apart the garlic knot. Kind of didnt come off without some vigorous napkin wiping. So. yeah, sorry. Didnt want to complain since we did arrive pretty close to closing hours. All five of us ordered five pizzas each and beverages. The drinks arrived almost immediately. The food, of course, took its time but thats good. Means they make sure the pizza isnt a flat pan of yeast and some toppings. Everything was hot and tasty. Especially enjoy the sauce they put onto my simple mushroom and cheese pizza. Left right a bit before closing with loads of boxes because there was just too much to eat haha. Good for the price, great for food and value. Just be careful with them knots!

I’ve been here twice already and can safely say I love it! The pizza is amazing. I’ve tried the Iron Hog and the Roy’s cheeseburger pizza. They don’t overdue their marinara sauce! The hot wings are also very good. The sauce they use is just hot enough for me and way better than the average basic wing sauce you get everywhere else. I think they definitely make their own there. The garlic knots are amazing(yet oily). They give you three complimentary to start and I find myself wanting to order more! They also have a good selection of beer to choose from if you’re into that. — The staff is also very friendly and super attentive. — Décor is also super cute but I find the benches to be a little uncomfortable. Won’t stop me from coming though. IT’S A MUSTTRYSPOTINTHEHIGHDESERT!

Good pizza, dark rock n’ roll bar atmosphere, young staff, clientele varies. Want to try but don’t want to commit? Try the $ 6.95 special…2 slices and a drink.

Food was great but the service or lack of service I should say is what brought the stars down to two. I’ve been here a few times and always recommend the place. The food is fresh and always consistent. It’s always been somewhat slow when I stop in, but today it was pretty busy. We got here and our order was taken right away. Then the place started to fill up(Monday lunch hour rush). One person to handle the register and tables is just unreasonable. We were there about an hour and our drinks never got topped off. Hire more staff, this place is awesome but poor service is terrible
