The new steak cut special they been spending millions on tv is a joke. Save your money… They served me what looks like an old army boot and called that the best cut. I ask the manager to come over and she said they Dont use the terms rare, Med rare, well or well done at this store «. She told me they stab the steak with a thurmoniture to gage how well the streak has been cooked. Mine tasted like a Gucci dinner slipper but at 20 I ate it anyway because I am driving to Orlando and rather eat a boot then crap next door at the gas station. This place a dump. The staff are nice and concerned but have no idea what a good steak is because all they know is what the Cisco truck delivers.

Wow all I can say is Wow! We came in peak season with a bunch of angry snow birds waiting when we ate greeted by Jane! A most professional employee that can handle crowd control, She was so pleasant and accommodating. We were say after a very short wait (under 15 minutes) then we were greeted by our waitress Brittany, another smiling face that you automatically knew she was trained or related to Jane, that took care of the rest of our stay. The food was good but the service was top notch for this time of year and this part of the country! Corporate take notice you’ve got great employees! *****

Redeemed. We had a totally different experience than last time. Service was professional, very friendly and quick even though the restaurant was busy. I had the chicken fajita roll up and he had the fiesta lime chicken. Both were great. Would definitely go back.

Food was great… But we ordered curbside online and even prepaid a great tip… Waited 15 minutes past the time food was supposed to be ready. Then called inside and they came out and said our food was still cooking? Got our food minutes later. Not a good experience.

How people are giving this place 4 and 5 stars is beyond me. There were 3 of us, all ordered different meals, and all 3 were inedible. Waitress didn’t even ask what was wrong. Will NEVER step foot in this Applebee’s again which is a shame because we live so close. Disgusting food indifferent wait staff. Too expensive for what is served!

Had a great experience at the Applebee’s on corkscrew. Scott, our bartender was awesome! Very helpful and friendly, and was very good at making recommendations. My boyfriend had the brunch burger which was delicious and I had the fiesta lime chicken which was equally as awesome. Great service, great food and great drinks!

My boyfriend and I went to Applebee’s for a quick dinner right around 9pm, after we were seated it took a long time for a server to greet us and while we were waiting, two servers were going back and forth of who wanted to «take the table» very loudly and were clearly talking about us since we were the only ones in that section. We found it disrespectful and rude. Once we were taken care of by one of the ladies that we’re going back and forth if they wanted us, the service was pretty good. It just seems like a conversation that should be discussed privately and not yelled right in front of us.

Ehh… Not my favorite place. Well-​meaning, but not incredibly knowledgable server. The food was rather salty (although I do realize that the recipes are nationwide) and we were overall just semi-​disappointed. Probably a nice place for drinks but I do not highly recommend the food.

Had an amazing experience tonight! Mad that I can’t remember the name of the host but he is an asset to the restaurant. He had such a great attitude, warm smile and wonderful first impression. If I owned a restaurant he is exactly what I would want to have at my front door. He saw us coming from the parking lot and hurried to open an entrance door that was closer to us than the main… then hurried back in apologized for a second so he could catch the couple leaving just to say thank you for coming. I was bummed that he wasn’t going to be our server and he ensured that Jenna would be just as great. I told him she had a tough act to follow… well Jenna was equally amazing! She was so happy and attentive. She always had a big smile on her face. The two of them really changed my mind about Applebee’s, I typically in the past didn’t enjoy going there and I will for sure be coming back!

Drink orders took forever! When my meal finally arrived it was a disappointing! I ordered shrimp fajitas! They only gave me shrimp and onions with 3 small pieces of bell pepper!
When I asked the person who delivered my food about it, he was less than apologetic! Have never had such bad service! See the pic of my meal!

Finally! Someone that can properly «cook» a rare steak. Nice meal, great service at the bar, friendly employees and atmosphere. One of the better Applebee’s experiences I’ve had. Well done!

This was our go to place for a relaxing dinner or lunch.
Went today, dec.1, and spent $ 40. The portions are lousy! Small, and warm. We requested one lunch be warmed up and it came back the same way.
Fish and chips comprised 3 small fillets with an even dozen fries. Really, u want $ 12 ???
Not returning for a real long time and will not recommend.

Stopped in at 4:00PM with 5 friends for a early Valentines day meal. We all had a great time there. When we arrived we we greeted at the front door and welcomed in. It is rare that this happens now-​a-​days. From that moment on the service was very good. Jonathan was our waiter, he was very good at his job and was quickly responsive to all of our requests. If you stop here, ask to be seated in his area, you won’t be sorry.
We selected from the 2 for 20 menu. Food was very good! Drinks were good, it was Happy Hour!
I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an inexpensive good meal and great service!

I should have « Unilocaled» before stopping. Chicken was dry, rice cold and service poor. Not many choices at this exit so if I were you. I would pass on this exit and head to a subway if you want healthy choices.

Wow, people!!! It’s an Applebee’s for crying out loud! The other reviewers think their writing a review for… God, I don’t know, but it’s an Applebee’s! It’s not suppose to WOW or AMAZE you! It’s just cheap and tasty meals. That’s it! I’ve been to this location 4 times now, and each visit has been great. The servers are all nice, and the food has been decent. I’ve been taking advantage of their 12 minute meals for $ 7.99 (M-​F until 2pm)(may change). I just had a chicken fajita rollup with chicken wonton tacos for under $ 11, (tax, tip and everything). I was in and out in just under 20 minutes! Yeah, that’s terrible, right?! Give this place a shot if you’re looking for something quick, cheap, and yeah… I’ll say it again… Tasty!

Stopped in for dinner, drinks came first with salads separate 2 for 1 draft beers were missed and had to be re ordered, strike 1. Rare steak ordered came out medium rare, strike 2. Fish and chips were good, coleslaw crisp and cool. Glad that I waited to use restroom after the meal it could have been cleaner for chain franchises standards strike 3. I’m out of here!!! While the food was OK. I wanted to like this place they were not too busy. So no excuses. I’m guessing I was not the only one getting mediocre service. Next time I’m going right past and doing it myself. And if I screw up my drink, steak or hygiene it cost half as much and I get to Unilocal at myself. I hope they improve as places tend to close when avg people compete with restaurants.
