Don’t bother to stop here. French onion soup was terrible. Cold lg chopped purple onions in watered down broth with cool melted cheese on all. Margarita was watered down as well. Fish over cooked. Seafood Mac n Cheese was runny, not too cheesy but seafood was freshly cooked ok. To add to our experience our server didn’t offer nor refill any drinks. She spent 15 – 20 min chatting with another table as if she didn’t know she had a job serving food.

Waited forever for our food. Waiter kept apologizing then manager also apologizing. The 35 shrimp Alfredo. Nothing creamy about it! Oily mess! Bland too!

Went there looking for something great, and we found it! We had the zingers(boneless chicken), fried pot stickers, Cajun chicken pasta, an steak fajitas. Everything was beyond amazing as was the service provided by the very kind personality of waitress April. She was very fast, friendly, and accurate. Definitely be back soon. Please don’t take the pasta dish off the menu, probably one of the best pasta dishes I can remember having. Also had 5 drinks between us two and the bill was only $ 65. Back home in Providence, this would have been $ 100+. Thank you!

Horrible food, gave me, my girlfriend, my father, and my brother food poisoning! Same day 2 of my friends had stomach problems after eating their zingers… Ew talked to employee, she laughed about how gross the kitchen was. Would never go back

Stopped by for some drink and fare. Beer tastes funky — must have a problem with their system. Food in general is ok. The Zingers are awesome. I would consider a return trip, but competition is better in close proximity.

Great atmosphere and good servers. Nice big beer selection. Unfortunately, the food is poor. Second time I’ve swung in for a salad as a healthy alternative and the lettuce is not fresh. Had chicken wings and they are cheap. Unless you’re getting drunk, the food may make you feel very blah. So many sports bars are giving in to the Cisco type food. I’m done with this place.

Terrible service and the absolute worst management! I would rate zero stars not one if I could!

Decent restaurant, I do like the food and the prices are reasonable. On the other hand I think it is a bad sports bar. The TV’s have sub par picture quality compared to the other sports bars I have been to in the area. Also if there is a big game or fight it seems a bunch of college kids flood in to watch. Most don’t buy anything and a crowded mosh pit forms behind you.

Arrived late night on a Wednesday on business and stayed at the nearby hilton garden inn. The Courtesy driver dropped me off at Bar Louie. Kitchen was closed so I walked over to Millers. Wow. Busy place on Wednesday night, Thursday morning 1am and full kitchen. Great bar food and vibe.

The covered outdoor bar is a nice plane to drink and eat while taking in a game. They will soon face stiff competition from Twin Peaks nearby which has superior food(e.g. Pot roast) but doesn’t allow smoking where Miller’s does. Good competent food at Millers but talent at Twin Peaks will also present significant competitive issues.

I seem to only write reviews when I love a place, I guess because I am a positive person. This place is great. Two thumbs up. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Tons of TVs for watching games! Check it out if you haven’t already.

Food was Ok but the service was subpar. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed and took forever to do anything. We waited on our drinks. We waited on our silverware. We waited forever for him to get our check. If you have plenty of time to waste, this is your place. I did give them two stars strictly on the availability of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

The theme at Millers Ale House is definitely quantity over quality. I have been to The Ale house many times and not just this location. I have tried a lot of their rather large menu and the word fresh has never come to mind. Just average pretty much sums it up. Wings are not good, stay away. The beer is never ice cold although they often have great drink specials. I was stopping in for lunch pretty regularly by myself and would always sit at the indoor bar. The main bartender that works during the day was so consistently bad that I stopped going all together. It seemed as if she was overwhelmed by just a few customers and it showed in her service. Beer glass would sit empty for what seemed like an eternity all the time. Took forever to get her attention to order, I had to start ordering my food with my drink because I knew if I didn’t she might not be back by for 15 minutes. My dirty dishes would sit in front of me until after I paid and was out the door. I got sick of spending an hour an a half eating lunch. I am sure I will be back at some point but there are many other better options in this area so look around.

Gave them several tries. A couple apps were decent, but the entrees were always below par. Seafood was always dried out, burgers always overcooked from what was ordered, and the service was off every time. Either the service would be slow or the waiter/waitress would have their head spinning because they were overwhelmed.

In a word, Awesome!!! We’ve now visited 3 different Miller’s Ale Houses. We have not yet been disappointed. We’ve had great, friendly service, ice cold beer and delicious food. These locations are big too so no waiting to sit. Outstanding!!!

Very familiar with this brand and I needed to pick a place at Gulf Coast Town Center to meet a longtime friend and catch up in person. She was visiting parents in Naples, I live in Tampa and we wanted some place easy to access right off Interstate 75. Our first choice on this particular Friday night was Bar Louie nearby, but we walked in and immediately out of there when we encountered a DJ around 10pm. My friend and I were planning on doing a lot of talking and we had no interest in yelling at each other over nonstop loud music. So we found our way over to Miller’s Ale House because we knew they wouldn’t have loud music, although the place itself was noisy simply because of how busy they were with customers filling the restaurant and bar. Finding a couple spots open, we first sat at the patio bar(apparently others here on Unilocal call it the Sweat Box) and we were not very comfortable there. The bar stools were oddly too high for the level of the bartop itself and there was a funky smell coming from behind the bar that would have made me sick if we stayed there for an extended period. I then saw a hightop table open up inside the restaurant, chased down a hostess and she was happy to seat us there. We stayed there for the duration of the night, enjoyed a couple drinks and were able to accomplish our goal of having a one on one conversation. Justified or not, one of the servers clearly was not happy we only had a couple drinks and did not order any food. I even tried to explain to her that my friend and I rarely have an opportunity to sit down and talk like this, but the server simply didn’t care. It was awkwardly obvious that she was upset that one of her tables on a Friday night was going to be a very minimal check for the time we sat there. I do like the Miller’s Ale House chain of restaurants overall, so this below average experience will not negatively influence me from visiting other locations around the state of Florida.

What a mess. The food was mediocre as a whole and the service was atrocious. The mountain melt had clearly been under a heat lamp for a while and was almost void of taste. The kids meal was less than average(according to an 11 year old,) but the pizzas had some good flavor. Service was almost non existent. Only one person got a refill once. Food took forever, about 35 minutes and lacked a dish. The manager came over to tell us but the explanation was laughable. The manager said«apparently they can’t read in the kitchen» when she tried to explain how the item was missing. While we needed service, the server wasn’t to be found. However, we did find her, sitting a few tables away chatting it up with a friend and having a good time. Upon complaining to the manager, the server apologized by saying she doesn’t cook the food and can’t control how the kitchen works. Anyway, we certainly won’t be back. I can get bad bar food with poor service anywhere.

Went there with a bunch of friends, if you want good drinks and a good variety of beer and would like to watch any game possible on TV this would be a place to go to, we did not have any food there so I cannot comment on the food but everything that was coming out of the kitchen looked good and I did not see anybody sending anything back, The staff was very attentive on getting us a seat that we could watch the games and it was very cold and they were accommodating to turn the temperature up a little bit so we were more comfortable, very friendly staff.

Located in the Gulf Coast center, this Miller Ale house is your typical bar restaurant. Server was good but food runners were confused. Two of us ordered ceasar salads with dressing on side. They brought out one order with dressing on. Told them we ordered two and they came back and only brought one. Not a major deal but took another 5 min before bringing out next. I ordered grilled salmon and it was just ok. Not the best or the worst I’ve had. Had a bite of pizza and it was actually pretty tasty. Would come back and order differently.
