Great location with plenty of parking in Gulf Coast Town Center Hostess greeted and seated me quickly but did not tell the Server I was seated in her section Sam apologized for not coming to the table sooner Sam was a super server. She was very friendly and attentive throughout the meal There was an issue(pizza was burnt) but it was handled so well Sam quickly put in new order and Manager Chris came by to assure me that the new order would be out soon and that he would take care of it Take care of it he and they did! Wish more Managers and Servers were this excellent and focused on giving Customer Satisfaction to ensure great experience Their great attitudes just helped make this one of my frequent places I will be happy to recommend this location This is the ONLY chain that I frequent Please acknowledge Chris and Sam for Excellent Customer Service Please give them high 5, gift cards and raise

Food was Great! Facilities and restaurant was clean. We drove past the one on 41 to come to this one. It isn’t as loud as 41. Manager very nice and had it together. We will be returning. We really enjoyed ourselves!

We’re pretty big fans of Carrabba’s, however this one was a pretty big disappointment last night(3÷18÷16). Poor management. Upon arrival we were greeted and sat outside. Once seated, the waitress came over wiped the table down with a dirty rag that just smeared the previous droppings. The food arrived and I found a hair baked into my shrimp. The waiter, Tyler, was very nice and took my salad off the bill, but I was disappointed that a manager never stopped acknowledge that he recognized they need to address the kitchen. Once finished, that’s when we really saw what made our stomachs turn. Opening the door to go inside and use the restroom, we noticed that the door glass was smudged with tons of greasy hand prints and an overwhelming dirty mop odor hit us in the face. There was trash all over the floor(straw wrappers, napkins, etc). When I passed the kitchen, I observed how unorganized and filthy the kitchen was. The odor was completely different coming from the kitchen and it did not smell clean at all. The bathrooms were no better. I hate giving 1 star but something needs to change. If you get a bad meal, don’t expect accommodations! This is not an exaggeration. Refer to my other reviews to see how truthful, fair, and honest my reviews are.

We stopped in prior to going to airport. My son had raved about the chain based on a restaurant at home in MA. The food was good in general and the server excellent with one exception. There was one big problem. I spit out a small piece of plastic found in my salad and showed it to the server. He apologized and said he would let the kitchen know. And that was the end of that! No apology from the manager or money taken off the bill for a foreign object in my food.

My wife loves this place. I can never get in because it’s too crowded. The problem is they don’t’ do reservations. That means there is really no point of even planning on going here during season.

We were going to the Barry Manilow’s concert at Germain Arena. Naturally we wanted to pick a place near Germain Arena. We picked Carrabba’s Italian Grill at the Gulf Coast Shopping Center since recently I got a 20% off coupon from Carrabba. The menu had under gone some major revision since we last dined there but generally all of our favorites were on the menu. First the appetizer, we shared a fried calamari. Tonight fried calamari were exceptionally good. The batter was golden light(almost like a beer batter) and it is well seasoned. I had a glass of Merlot to go with Veal Marsala with grilled asparagus. A good dish and I loved the asparagus. My other favorite at this location is Salmon Cetriolini. Wife ordered Linguine Positano with grilled chicken, garlic, olive oil, basil and crushed tomatoes. She complained that it was overflowed too much with olive oil and make this very greasy to eat. Other members ordered Lasagne with Pomodor sauce, reicotta, romano and mozzarella cheese was good. Another member tried the Cioppino — seafood stew with fish, scallops, clams and mussels. It was tasty with baked ciabatta. We did not have any dessert this time! Staff and service were excellent! If the Linguine Positano was better, I would rate this a four stars. I ever tried the Linguine Positano myself and no doubt it was definitely too much Olive oil!

One of the better carrabbas I’ve been to. A big comfortable place. Celebrated an in law birthday consisted of 14 people, and they were super accommodating! Been there twice and both times were great.

We were quickly seated and shortly after greeted by our service. The appetizers were ok and so was the service for the first half of the meal. We ordered Steak Marsala and Fettuccini Carrabba. The steak was extremely rare to the point it was cold to the touch on the inside and was ordered medium rare. The pasta was very bland, but not horrible. When the server came to ask how everything was my date started to mention how it was very undercooked, but it didn’t seem that she was listening as she then smiled and walked. We sat there waiting several minutes for her to return and once she did we he then explained again how rare it was. We were told that they would make him a fresh entrée togo as a replacement. When we got home we noticed that it was not indeed a fresh entrée, but they merely reheated it on the grill and threw the rest of the cold sides from the plate in there as well. Not only was this a disappointing experience, but also alarming since that is a violation of Florida Food Safety.

Mid afteroon, small crowd. I like that they have seating to watch the chefs cook. A little awkward being just us two scrutinizing like judges on Copped! Amore Moday a bargain. Three course meals Starting at $ 12 bucks. Thank you Jillian and Jason for excellent service.

The service was excellent. The ambience, good. The food? Well, we must have caught them on an off night. My Chicken Marsala was a tough, over cooked breast with a mystery brown sauce that had no flavor of Marsala wine. The side of Fettuccine Alfredo tasted like something out of a box. My wife’s mussels were tiny little creatures with no taste. Oh, the bread and dipping sauce were good. I’ve eaten at other locations and was satisfied. Not here.

The atmosphere is great. Our server Katherine was very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I had the baked chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. The chicken was tender and juicy. Oh, we also had mozzarella sticks. The best around. I’m very happy to give them such a great review. Would definitely return.

My wife and I shared a quick dinner while shopping at the Gulf Coast Town Center. Our waitress, Allie C., was very knowledgeable about the menu. She suggested one of the new Signature Combinations, the Damian. This was grilled salmon and Spiedino di Mare(with shrimp and scallops). A great choice and we appreciated Allie C’s familiarity with the menu.

My husband and I have dined here twice. First time mid-Dec 2013 and wonderful. Last night, just the opposite and we will never go back. I had the chix parm and good. Husband, shirt ribs and so-so. Wait staff was leaving kitchen and serving meals while chewing food. One waiter serving table behind us was swallowing what was in his mouth as he served that table. We had mix-up with wine order and the head of kitchen(?) came out. My husband asked to speak to GM, Matt Fields, who was in restaurant but he avoided us. Come on… No professionalism and no control of restaurant.

Went there for a business meeting today. Got the Arancini 6 small hush puppies? Hm From the way they describe it -«Crispy bites of risotto, Italian fennel sausage, red bell peppers, romano cheese and pomodoro sauce breaded and served with our housemade marinara sauce for dipping» | 6.00″ — I thought I would actually have nice chunks of italian sausage in there, but it was like looking for a needle in a hay stack, lol… almost not there it was mostly risotto with specks of red pepper and an occasional tiny piece of sausage. They are generous with the tea, my guy got calamari and it was OK –he said. Our associates had some kind of a steak dish with tomato and cucumber salad(which I would like to try next time) and the fresh bread(still warm from the oven) and seasoned olive oil for dipping, kind of made me happy. I only got an appetizer because I wasn’t very hungry, just enough, but I would have prefered to see more sausage in the arancini maybe even find a fennel seed ;) The atmosphere is nice and the waiter was extremely cute and very friendly, very accommodating and attentive. I love good service.

ANOTHERCORPORATEITALIANJOINT This place is okay, but not great. We started with the calamari, which was fine but completely lacking in spice, resulting in fine but boring and flavorless calamari. Perhaps it is dumbed down for the oldies & midwesterners. For our main meal, we had Linguine with Clams which was quite good and prepared al dente. My Tilapia Nicciola was mealy as though it had been frozen. Our server was pleasant enough, but she forgot our order and had to return to ask what we had ordered. She brought the wrong drink and she brought the wrong salad. She clearly was not paying attention or focused on her job. A so-so experience in a so-so place…
