We had just arrived from a long flight. We ordered Greek Salad, Garlic Knots, pasta, Calabrese pizza, Ravioli Rose and Penne Alla Vodka. The appetizer and garlic knots were excellent. The Pizza crust was some of the best I have ever had. We met the owners husband and he visited with us quite a bit. Fantastic experience and highly recommend.

Definitely not the 4.7 star pizza that previous reviews got us excited for — a HUGE disappointment. Soggy, undercooked and expensive. Will never return.

Is it the best pizza I had? Absolutely not. Best garlic knots? Nope. Are they good? They are satisfactory. I enjoyed it. I will go again. But nothing worthy of wows.

Absolutely LOVE the place. I travel from Fort Myers to Gulf Coast(passing several other places) just to get my Amore fix! Everything is delish. Pizza, pasta, calzones, sandwiches and salads — yum. I crave it! And you will love it. Great people and beverages — great eats. You will love it!

As a former New Yorker who enjoyed eating the best pizza all my life, I can finally say I found a slice that tastes like home. Comfortable atmosphere, great service, and most importantly… delicious pizza!

Some of the best brick oven pizza around. Such a nice atmosphere also. Try their garlic knots and tzaziki. The friendliest owners too.

Good service. Easy access location in a mall. Pizza was decent with tasty sauce and toppings. The problem was the crust. It was limp/soft in the center to about halfway down the slice.

This is the best Italian restaurant in town. They homemade everything from bread to pasta. The pizza is awesome. In addition to that, the friendly customer service which I’ll be back again for sure. We are a group of entrepreneurs who have been traveling all over the world and we know this is one of the best restaurants we’ve been. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The service is fantastic! As soon as we sat down, we got approached and got our order in. The greek salad was good. The pizza was good but I would have liked more sauce on the pizza.

Good pizza & great service. I loved the Bianca pizza, and the vegetarian pizza wasn’t bad either. Would go again next time we’re in the area.

Aaaamaaazzing!!! I was not in the mood for pizza on this particular night, but when the kids are out voting you and you just don’t have the energy to argue you give in. I’m so glad my girls wanted pizza. We started with the garlic knots and calamari which was great the garlic knots had lots of herbs on top and the sauce for dipping was just great! The calamari was crispy and had good flavor and was also accompanied with the same delicious marinara. We ordered a small pizza which is a 12″ not so small. The prices were great they have specials almost all week. The pizza was the best pizza i have ever had in my life! I’m a pastry chef and i felt like i was having a pizza baked on a crispy danish dough, it was so great the kids ate the crust! I had to know who made the dough! I didn’t ask if she was the owner but her name was Anna and i had to compliment the chef. She was super friendly, all of the people their were. My daughter took one bite out of that pizza and said«mommy this is our new pizza» she’s 5… this is our new pizza spot and as long as Anna is there it will always be!

Excellent Pizza Value. The owners are personable. Prices are very reasonable. Not a franchise.

Found this place a few months ago and had a stromboli at lunch — very good. Decided to stop by a few weeks later for pizza. Went after seeing a movie with my son. First good pizza I have found in Florida after moving down from the northeast. It was on a Tuesday night(all you can eat special) — the chef was very responsive and made whatever pies we requested. Since then I’ve learned they now have a beer & wine license — and include local beer. Every food I have tried here has been very good. Finally — good pizza in Ft Myers!

I finally tried their pizza out today. At first I was skeptical because there’s another very popular pizza place right by it that everyone loves. I took the path less traveled and I’m so glad I did. The service was friendly and fast and I loved their pizza. I will definitely be going back and bringing the family!

I was at Gulf Coast this afternoon, and saw their advertised special for Tuesday($ 6 all-you-can-eat slices). It being noonish, I figured, «why not,» and popped in for some pizza. I’m glad I did. Amore makes New York Neopolitan pizza, with a thin crust that has a crispy bottom, light sauce, and medium-heavy cheese. While waiting for my order(sausage, mushroom, and olive. Don’t judge me, I was in the mood for savory food), I had a couple slices of cheese, and it was delicious. The crisp crust carried the mildly spicy sauce and gooey mozzarella perfectly. My combination slices were topped sparingly but well with the various toppings — enough stuff to add flavor and volume, but not so much that it was overdone. They offer a $ 3.50 slice-and-a-drink combo all the time, and it looked like the by-the-slice price for pizza runs from $ 2 up; pies run around $ 15.
