Elephant Vape

Renee and Nate were so friendly and helpful! I needed help with my build, and am now my Griffin is vaping with RDA style clouds. They charged me nothing, and we even had a nice chat. I went in today to get some cotton, and Renee gave me a bag for free! I’m only in Estero a few times a year, but will always visit to try out some great flavours (Pancake Man, yum) and chat with this fun and knowledgeable crew!

Initially had an amazing experience here, shop owner was super nice and helped me pick out my first kit. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a flavour I liked, so we went up the road to another shop. They had the exact same kit I had bought, except in the colour I wanted and it was $ 20 cheaper! My boyfriend had some loyalty points with the shop I could apply towards the purchase, so I ended up getting the exact same kit in purple (which I was originally looking for) for $ 12, definitely a deal I couldn’t pass up. We immediately went back to Elephant Vape to return the first kit I bought for $ 60. The owner, who was so nice and helpful originally, refused to accept the return even though we had just bought it less than an hour ago! Even after explaining the situation she would only give us store credit, even though I never want to step foot in that shop again. Everything is over priced and the owner was beyond rude and accusatory. You’d be better off going literally anywhere else!

Great vape shop! This is the place to shop for all you need. Everyone there is very friendly. Renee is great and has the shop looking awesome. If your in Estero or close by its a must stop shop. Trust me you’ll find everything you need. They also have V-​GAR electronic cigars there and that is my choice of vape. Try one you will be surprised how great they are.

I’ve been to 3 other Vape shops around the area and so far Elephant has been the best I’ve been to. Elephant has the best juices out of all of the Vape stores In the area, they have a top of the line selection of juices which is rare because most vape shops I’ve been to get by on selling cheap second rate e-​juice. This stores juices absolutely crush the local competition and are on par with the higher end juices I’ve ordered online. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest about their products and they don’t intimidate you or try to sell you the first thing you lay eyes on like other stores in the area. I’m very happy have found a store that I feel comfortable going to where I know I’ll get quality juices and equipment every time. If you’re looking to start vaping this store has the friendliest staff in the area and they’ll actually help you learn about vaping and what device is the best fit for you. A+
