Jets Pizza

This was my worst ever pizza experience. After arriving half an hour late, it was not my order none of the vegtables were on it

Worst customer service. Pam needs to get an attitude adjustment and learn how to answer the phones… twice they have screwed up our order with no apologies, and have been over an hour for delivery when its «45 minutes» and for pick up, they screwed it up and literally took off the toppings we didn’t ask for, because pizza was cold. But… they just «remade» it.

One of the worst (home delivery) pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was like cardboard. Expensive, too. You can do much better

They are usually about 15 min. Ahead for delivery than what they quote on the phone. Good hot pizza. The salads are fresh and BIG! $ 5.69 for a small, and it will easily feed 2 adults.

Love their 8 corner pineapple with ranch dipping sauce. Have gotten delivery and to-​go and have never had poor service.

Their BBQ chicken pizza is probably the best BBQ chicken pizza I’ve ever had. The chicken is grilled to perfection and the crust on this is not greasy at all. The company is constantly supporting the community and it’s customers.

I normally order from the Jets in fort myers but was at work so called the estero store. it was a saturday during the day and it took my pizza over an hour to receive. it came burnt and when i called the store the manager said try it and if you dont like it call us back… are you serious! worst experience with a pizza place and will never order from there again

We got a pizza that was half-​cheese and half mushrooms, onions, and olives. The pizza was actually pretty good, and they didn’t skimp on the toppings like most places do. The cashier was extremely friendly and there was a nice atmosphere to place. The only down part was that there’s no place to sit down and eat.

I was excited to see this MI pizza appear in Estero. I love the 8 corner crust pizza, but REFUSE to order from them anymore.
CANNED MUSHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING.
I asked the manager why, when they are using other fresh produce, that they can’t go the extra mile and use fresh mushrooms, and he tells me, because there are issues with cleaning them.
WTF?
So now, when we have pizza, we drive 8 miles to Leoni’s, because they can overcome the monumental task of washing the fresh produce, including FRESH mushrooms, that they serve on their delicious pies.
The only saving grace to Jet’s is the BLT pizza. Now that’s delicious, but only fresh (the lettuce allow the cold pizza snack option).

I had to write about my experience ordering pizza tonight… I wanted two thin crust pizzas and I was told «I’m sorry, we’re out of thin crust»…I was so shocked I said «how can you be out of thin crust, it’s dough!» She said their order didn’t come in. I do like their pizza, but I guess we know now that they don’t make their own pizza dough. I would have just rolled out their regular dough into thin crust, but then again maybe it’s pre-​cooked. Such a shame…

We usually order pizza delivery from this Jet’s for parties and get togethers, but today I popped in to grab a $ 5 deal, 2 slices and a drink. The gentleman who helped me was quick and friendly, and the slice deal was hot and yummy. Thanks for a quick lunch bite! This isn’t gourmet pizza, but it’s good basic family friendly pizza.
I was also impressed to see all of the thank you notes posted from various local schools and organizations in the area. I love to support a business that supports it’s community, and from all of these notes, it’s apparent that they do. Kuddo’s!

The pizza is like every other delivery chain until you get the deep dish. Totally worth it and separates them from the pack. We love the 8 corner deep dish, you will as well!

Blindfolded i don’t know if i’d be able to tell it from pizza at the 7 – 11 counter.

I heard the pizza was good but after waiting for 20 minutes and talking with 4 individuals as to what I had ordered, I asked for my money back and left. They were of course able to charge my credit card as soon as I arrived, just couldn’t get the pizza made. Your choice to try them of course, but I wouldn’t suggest it.

Had delivery which was so so… I asked the guy to add ranch dressing and pram cheese which they forgot to do however when i called the guy back up he had another driver come bring me it within 5 mins… so i was happy overall. Thank you!

Um, I became obsessed with this on vacation.
They are so different than CT style pizza — very thick and doughy, more like a hugely puffy focacia bread with sauce and cheese on top.
It’s sort of like a thicker, puffy pizza hut crust. I liked it.
Their toppings are pretty «canned», though. For instance, typical canned black olives, but canned mushrooms, too?
They offer EXCELLENT sides. The large salad is seriously large. I ate it for 3 days, honestly. Good meat — salami & Ham on top, with lots of fresh veggies.
The Jet’s bread was really delish too.
Finally, the delivery guys were so friendly and nice. They estimated 45 minutes the second time (weekend), but still showed up within 20 minutes.
I wish we had Jet’s in CT! I’d order from there regularly.

I think the other reviews have gotten this place on a bad night or something. I’ve had it several times and its always hot and fresh. Pizza is way better than the chain places (Dominos, Pizza Hut etc.)
I suggest the 8 corner pizza! 8 slices and they are all crispy corner pieces!

Barf-​o-​mondo!

Hadn’t tried Jets Pizza or even heard of it ~ had been shopping nearby and stopped in for their lunch special (2 pieces plus drink, $ 3.99). A hot and delicious pair of square pepperoni slices hit the spot! The crust was thick and tasty, sauce just right and plenty of good cheese. We hit the jackpot and want more ~ so here I go to get some. Yum. Carry-​out only but there are outdoor tables nearby.

Frozen pizza from the grocery store is better than this. Our pizza came to our house cold and was so unappetizing that it was practically inedible. Toppings were sparse and the cheese was rubbery. We definitely will not be going back!
