No guarantee! Asked to have an IPL redone because results were very poor and they ignored my request. Awful experience. Received a gift groupon and decided to purchase a second for myself. At appointment time after waiting an hour, was told to pay full price or take a walk as they would Not honor a second groupon. Was also told to call groupon and get a refund. I have always paid cash for services here and ALWAYS purchased additional units at full price(house parties) as well as purchasing extras like their 50SPF sunscreen and high quality creams. Enjoyed them all. I was excited to try all there was to offer but was treated so rudely that I simply won’t return nor will I recommend. My sister and three other clients have also left because of the poor business practice. It appears priority is inject and collect and there is no recollection as to what was done previous appointments. We have found two other local spas that will meet groupon prices every time AND give 10% off for bringing in new clients. Groupon difference between full price and the special is $ 30. If you can’t afford to do the program, you should have passed. The more professional approach would have been to graciously accept the groupon and caution future purchases. Not recommended.

Service is fine, but admin is not. Today I learned that I spoke with someone that I didn’t, and that someone else I did speak with who assured me I could pay for an upgrade didn’t make note AND wasn’t authorized to do so. Seriously frustrated and disappointed with a business that I thought had a decent reputation. Also, I’ve seen two different technicians and felt like one didn’t do nearly as thorough of work.

I love the fact that they guarantee their treatment. The laser technician is wonderful & friendly. If these were the only factors that I valued from a business, I would give them 5 stars. However, I am not a fan of the reception. I would give them 1 star. They could work on their customer service skills & make more of an attempt to exhibit friendly behavior. When a customer walks in the door, the reception is the first impression of a business. They say all the right things but the delivery is lacking. To curtly acknowledge someone & dismiss them to the waiting area does not say we want your business-maybe they reserve their charm for a few privileged clientele… They are not very detailed at explaining things, either. I only have one more treatment with them. I will be going to my dermatologist for future procedures because all of their staff have treated me like a person rather than an inconvenience.
