Love this place! I needed an emergency color change and they took me in right away. The salon is upscale and not your typical crappy nail place. There was lots of work put into this beautiful salon.

I like this salon. Not typical. Classy, clean, neat, and bright, classical music playing. Young owners who are very nice and accommodating. You can walk in or call ahead. Great service. Recommend!

I this place ! Vanna and her staff are so nice and they all do a great job! I live in NY but make this a ‘must –do’ stop every time I am in town. The décor is adorable and it’s the cleanest nail place I have ever been to! All of the pedicures feel like spa services and I love how they do my acrylic nails– they last sooo long! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great looking nails!(next time I’ll have to try a facial)!

This is a highly over-​rated salon. The staff doesn’t talk to you, like most places. The owner Vanna can have an attitude. Additionally she needs to post that she doesn’t want children in her salon. Polished Nails fails to acknowledge that they need to have a heart and treat their clients better, there is a lot of competition out there doing better work than they are. I won’t be returning to a place with a rude, arrogant owner who lies and does mediocre work!

Not your typical strip mall nail salon! The Polished Nails is AMAZING! Upon entering you will notice how clean the spa is and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The upkeep of the furnishings is immaculate and the décor is serene. Classical music fills the air instead of TV’s playing crummy over-​the-​air daytime dramas. I never once had the feeling that the technicians were gossiping like you do at some other establishments. The entire staff seemed very friendly.
I had a pedicure done and it was, by far, the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had. The gal was so gentle and did such a wonderful job. I typically get a pedicure every other month and am very familiar with the «chop shops» and the quality of service they provide. The Polished Nails is anything but a «chop shop.» Their prices are what you would expect from any other ‘nails’ establishment but the experience is out of this world.
I highly recommend this spa and I will be returning in the future!

I just moved to estero from Los Angeles and I’ve been having a hard time finding a nail salon, but this place is a winner: good quality, great service and CLEAN. I just finished getting a pedicure here and it was great! Perfect replacement for my LA nail salons

Love this place! I highly recommend Bill. I had followed him from the last salon that he was at. Best massage, manicure, pedicure, and stories ever!
Out of many SWFL, and many of the other states I have been to, he is the best.
My friend travels internationally, and she says he is the best of the world!
He is absolutely amazing and have amazing past stories to share.
Just an update but I came here again and have to rave about it! This place is so clean and so relaxing. I love it here!

Very good manicure/​pedicure. No discomfort at any time. Soothing, modern professional facility. Prices pretty much same as others in the area. Would recommend.
