David Son was assigned to perform a small recall-​related task on our JennAir wall oven. The afternoon before the appointment, the David Son called to confirm and said their repairman would be at our house between 9 a.m. and noon.
He showed up at 9:30, was professional, quick and personable.
A good experience overall.

I’m sorry to see these reviews. I’ve had good experiences. Quick replies to phone calls. Same or next day service and fair prices. I will continue to use him.

I have been using David Son repair going on 5+ years now. He has always saved me money where he could and has never tried to up sell me. He is honest, efficient and seems to be very knowledgeable on the appliances he’s kept going for me. Thank you David.

I wouldn’t even give him 1star. Horrible communication, dishonest, incompetent, and a flat out liar. I had problem with my fridge fist day he comes out tells me I have loose bags in my fridge and its stoping the air flow. Made me feel stupid, remove the bags and of course nothing changed. Told him my ice maker doesn’t make ice and he adjusts the door. Surprise no ice! Now he refuses to come back to fix the problem. He told me «whatever, I’m done and its very frustrating «. Good riddance. Don’t call him for anything.

I had a problem with my gas stove called the So. Ca. Gas company first to check it out, The guy came out tested all four burners, he was very thorough and ended up red tagging my stove! My landlord calls David-​Son to come out. Getting an appointment was TOUGH from him. He only works M-​F something like 8 – 5. He will come only to your area if your are not close by, when he has other calls around there. I guess 4 miles is too much! After 2 phone calls and me getting off early to meet him, he comes to my house and I show him the paper work filled out by the Gas Co and he checks my burners tells me the Gas Co are lazy people and just don’t want to work or fix the problem.
He complained the whole time fixing my stove. He tried to say nothing was wrong until I showed him how two of the burners don’t stay lit. I would not recommend this appliance service center to anyone.
