Brother’s Pizza

So I’ve never wrote a review before but I downloaded the Unilocal app to specifically share my experience. I bought lunch and had it delivered (as I normally do). I only got two things and ate one for lunch and decided to save the rest for dinner (mind you, I left this item completely wrapped). I got home amd started to dig into dinner when I found A DEEP FRIED FEATHER. LITERALLY A FEATHER. After I was done puking I called in and they basically told me I was a liar and that it must of been from my car (as if I have random deep fried feathers laying around). The guy continued to argue with me until I eventually hung up. Extremely poor customer service and I find it completely pathetic they couldn’t even own up to their mistake. If I could choose zero stars, I would.

Watched a food prep person reach into the kitchen trash can to retrieve a plastic soda bottle and then prepared a salad and subs with no gloves on… disgusting! Then another employee also prepared a sub with no gloves on. Apparently health code rules don’t apply at Brothers Pizza.
