Not a lot of wait time, stylist wouldn’t accept my coupon and she didn’t really do a good job squaring the front of my haircut I kept it simple just asked for a buzz nothing too hard but oh well if ur a woman it’s a good place for u if ur a Man U might want to look for another llace

I went in here last Saturday with my boyfriend. I asked for my hair to be chin length but it’s up to my ears! It’s an inch longer on one side. The stylist didn’t ask me where I part my hair BEFORE she cut it so when she parted it where I normally part it, the hair is 1 ½ inches shorter than the other hair on that side. I will never go back there. I could do a better job cutting my hair!

The people are friendly. It stops there.
Had my hair cut twice in here and it turned out awful. Im a guy, its not hard to do our hair. Both times hairs were missed and my neck line was crooked. I get my hair cut every 2 – 3 weeks and my usual guy was out of town for awhile. When I went back to him he laughed at it. I was also laughing at it.
Random stray hairs and a crooked neck line. Seems pretty basic to «trim it up.»
I guess not. I will not go back here. I learned my lesson, twice.
I would suggest getting some better stylists in there. Not fresh out of Empire girls. And maybe find a barber to give the guys an option to get their hair cut by him. Its more comfortable for a guy to have another a male barber.

About a month after I posted my original review, I was contacted by the owner who offered to make right my experience. Although I do appreciate his level of professionalism to reach out and do whatever it takes to satisfy his customers, I don’t feel comfortable sacrificing my hair to another one of his stylists. Perhaps this experience has allowed his staff to get more training.
