No one is ever happy to get a defective product, and especially after spending an enormous amount of money(to me) on bowtech’s top of the line, carbon overdrive hunting/target bow made from straight of the art, ultra lightweight and strong, carbon fiber construction. With the type of financial investment it takes to own one of these beauties I was probably more disappointed than most to discover a major problem with the riser(this is the critical framework and anchor point that holds the whole bow together). Even the smallest problems with this piece can have a devastating impact on both the accuracy — and even the safety — of the best shooter. Long story short, one of the guys at the local pro shop discovered this concern several months after my purchase of the bow. Many companies could have — and would have — questioned the timing of my concern, as it was something that made the bow ineffective and potentially unsafe to fire. My problem was time and inexperience. I didn’t have the experience to recognize what were apparently obvious issues with the bow. I just saw that, brand new out of the box, I wasn’t shooting at anywhere near the level I had with my previous bow. I assumed that it must be something to do with me and stored the bow away, feeling a mixture of disgust and disappointment. A few months later, with deer season rapidly approaching, I knew I had to sort out what was going ASAP. So I hired a well know local professional to critique and tune both the bow and my shooting style, willing to do whatever it took to conquer this issue. This is when I learned I had a defective riser and this bow would NEVER have shot right. And this is when the fear started to kick in. I’m a week away from hunting season with virtually no range time to adjust to a new bow and increase the odds of an ethical shot. I contacted bowtech’s customer service department… and what a dream come true these guys are! Adam and Andrew both were incredibly knowledgable, professional and kind, bending over backwards to help me get back out on the range in record time! On Thursday afternoon I shipped my bow over with many of my accessories still attached. I paid for morning delivery. The Bowtech warranty tech got the new riser installed, and the pro shop installed my accessories and sited and tuned my whole package FREEOFCHARGE, even though I offered to pay for that portion. Best of all, they got it all done by Friday afternoon in time for Saturday shipping at no extra charge! Bottom line is, NO product is 100% perfect, but I’m incredibly impressed with Adam, Andrew and the Pro Shop and warranty tech guys who’s names I don’t know. Their professionalism and amazing focus on customer satisfaction is the best I’ve ever experienced. Thanks Bowtech, for an amazing and inspirational experience! As I started this review I pointed out how nobody likes a defective product. Well, I no longer have any fear of a problem with bow, knowing just a little about the team of great people backing it up! Thank you guys!

I can’t believe that no one has taken the time to review the awesome folks at BowTech. My Wife and I have frequented BowTech over the last few weeks and my wife’s birthday is coming up so I decided to get her a bow. Lon story short, Chris and Todd in the Pro shop went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up for my wife’s birthday present — 2015 Carbon Rose. If you have any inkling of getting into archery, do yourself a solid a head straight to BowTech and let them fit you up and get you dialed in. This is a highly entertaining sport with great people. BowTech and all the people that work here have a sole purpose of getting you into the right bow and tuning it for you so that you are punching holes in the 10ring. The guys here are just really good people and will bend over backwards to do their customers right. Other shops in town will look down at you if you are not prepared to by the $ 1200+ rig. I frequent BowTech and will continue to do so because they are highly skilled at what they do and are able to get pretty much any and every part I could possibly want. ~Andy
