They used to be a grand worker owned cooperative business but now it seems they are trying to find their feet in the new business model they have chosen. But I give them four stars because they are trying and they DO make awesome trailers! They had to cut back on their line of bikes and raingear and now focus solely on trailers(though they now do more cargo and animal carrier models in that range). I fear that their struggle might mean the loss of a great bike based business in Eugene. Their presence at Bike Day was a little lackluster and they didn’t seem to have much pizazz or energy there, just threw out a couple trailers and some flyers, sat back and let the day pass. Though they did donate a great trailer and it was won by a local car free artist who will put it to work towing her goods around to sell.
