Great customer service! Excellent selection of bikes and vespas. I recently bought a used Schwinn cruiser which needed a lot of work and brought it into Wheel Works. Kevin took the time to talk with me about the process of fixing my bike. He was very helpful and polite!

I wasn’t expecting much from a bicycle shop selling sophisticated motorcycles like Aprilia. I already have three Aprilias and know the brand well. I have many other bikes as well. All my business was conducted with Bill Cole, the owner. The transaction took about a week due to acquiring and installing accessories. Bill did everything he said he would due and on time. He was very fair in the transaction in regards to money and labor. I couldn’t have expected more. He exceeded by expectations by a fair margin. I would recommend him to my fellow riders without hesitation. It was my best dealer experience hands down. I purchased the bike at the end of October, 2015

I’ve had my bike in here a few times. I feel that they use inferior replacement parts. Twice the work they did didnt last. I gave two stars cause the younger guy is cool. The Owner is a total jerk off and shady. Ill never go back.

I did receive a message from the owner apologizing for his behavior. He said that he had lost a mechanic and was very stressed out working overtime. I am all for second chances, so I’d like to mention this little detail. Hopefully he has changed his ways and learned how to interact better with people. I’ve learned that shaming someone on a public forum based on one bad interaction isn’t really fair either.

They might have nice gear but the owner is rude. Makes you feel like you should be honored for him to work on your gear. Has no respect for your own time or your money. I had new tires put on my MP3 and a balance weight fell off after the first ride. Bring the tire into him and states it will take a few hours. I say I’ll be back in one to check and he says«whatever». Just says I’ll get it done when I get it done. I don’t mind paying top dollar but I won’t deal with rudeness. I’m not paying for attitude.

I read and value what people say in reviews. I recently purchased a Vespa motor scooter from Bill Cole at Wheelworks and it’s a wonderful vehicle and working with Bill was an equally wonderful experience. Wheelworks is a unique place. It reminds me of sales and repair shops in Europe. Walk in and you know actual work is going on. Additionally, all the people working for Wheelworks are caring, professional and knowledgable. After a short time, I felt like family. If you want excellent products, sold and serviced by caring professionals, you can’t get better than this group of people.

Just purchased a Piaggio Fly 150 and our experience could not have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful with good product knowledge. We will definitely be repeat customers at this shop.

The smell of gasoline is not something often encountered upon entering a bicycle shop… but this is no ordinary bicycle shop. They have your average run-of-the-mill selection of road bikes, mountain bikes, fixies, a few tandems… and Vespas! Yes… those mod get-around mobiles that belong to the wanna-be Euro-trash crowd. It’s a great shop with helpful staff and a GREAT selection of lights and books. It’s nice to go in to a shop that isn’t run by a bunch of part-time college students, but rather older, experienced individuals that were actually alive when the mountain bike was born.
