The gentlemen at the Clockmaker’s Gallery were incredibly helpful in explaining the options for repairing the antique porcelain clock I brought in, including an honest assessment of the cost. In the end, I decided to go with one of their affordable antique-​style new inserts, which they fitted in perfectly with gaskets. I collect the porcelain, not the clockwork itself, so it’s delightful to have a working clock in the beautiful porcelain case. Thanks, Clockmaker’s Gallery!

I have been coming here for over 7 years to have my antique clocks repaired and my only regret was that I did not find another clockmaker sooner! In all of this time I have always dreaded having to bring my clocks here, but thankfully I have found another business to take my timepieces to. The master clockmaker is pompous, conceited, and brash, and if you have any «hard» questions they will take it as an assault to their well established «certified clockmaker» training and they will treat you accordingly. I have never had a pleasant experience in here and their recent mishandling of a clock I brought them prompted me to leave this negative review. Steer clear folks and I would recommend taking your clocks to either Creative Clock or the Antique Clock Shop.

I brought my watch by here a few months ago to have the battery replaced — they do quality work and have excellent customer service. I expected the battery replacement price to be high, since they’re clearly experts, but it was comparable to any other place I’ve been to (including a local drugstore). I recently stopped by to pick up some wood polish for my furniture and the person helping me advised me on the most appropriate product — very appreciated.
The sound in the Clockmaster’s Gallery is entirely unique, with hundreds of beautifully restored and new clocks passing the time away. A great locally-​owned shop!
